Great bank! I was with a different bank for years and felt like I was stuck in the dark ages with paper deposit slips, long lines, slow service. Very helpful staff at this Citibank, mobile banking, good location, etc. Glad I switched over!

It's not a bad bank. Just know how difficult it is when you're here to withdraw the rest of your money and to close out your account.

Very racist employees. I would rate it no star if I could. They're also deleting all of the reviews that are left on google about them discriminating and racially profiling black people. Should be ashamed of themselves and their employees. This has been going on for too long ! We ARE TIRED of YOU RACISTS!

Horrible bank to deal with, stay away from this terrible online service, I could not get my deposited money from this bank until i filed complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Better Business Bureau and FDIC. and wasted several weeks and hours of phone calls and emails.

I love this Ciro Bank. Everyone is great. Lu Z helped me open and account right on the spot, the gentlemen is always helpful with transactions I need help with and Mayra the Senior teller has been most helpful with anything I've needed help with. Overall a great team and would recommend anyone in opening an account or doing transactions here.

This is the worst bank I've ever been into. According to the bank teller Mariah,who couldn't figure anything out without having to go ask her supervisor Michelle for help several times, my bank account wasn't fully set up even though I've been banking with them for almost a year. So I wasn't able to take my own money out of my account. And the supervisor left the store unattended and Mariah refused to get a supervisor or manager to come speak to us. Last I checked it was illegal and unprofessional as a business to refuse customers to speak to a supervisor when clearly their tellers are incompetent and lack common knowledge. And not to mention the young security that they have working for this location, extremely unprofessional. Everyone there needs better training, especially in customer service. Thankfully Citibank over the phone was able to help me and let me get my money out.

Time: Wednesday, 4:30 pm. Time in line: 10 min, 1 person ahead and 3 people behind in line. People attending clients: 2, one cashier and one personal banker. Seats available: 4 chairs on waiting area. Restroom: On premises. Parking: Designated parking lot on Hill, very lImited street parking. Bus stop nearby. Staff: Super friendly. Notes: Leave with plenty time, it will take a while to be attended. Worth It Level: High, very well located and the staff tries to help as much as it's possible with their resources. BE PATIENT!, it's not the employees fault to be understaffed.

The bank teller, Jessica, provided me with great customer service this morning. She was very tentative, gave me a pack of red envelopes for Chinese New Year, and a Dum Dum lollipop. She then referred me to her coworker, Lu Zhang, to tell me about their current promotions and products. Lu Zhang was very patient in telling me about their promotions and trying to sell me their products. Scored another pack of red envelopes!

Wow! I've never had a better experience at a bank than this Citibank. The entire bank is efficient and everyone is incredibly helpful and professional. I would like to especially point out Charlie H. who works hard and has a very positive attitude. I've been doing business with Citibank for over 20 years and this paritcular location is simply the BEST!

Parking entrance is on Hill St!!! Hard to enter with one way in and one way out which is tight. Employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. Good vibes. Secure ATM area in case you need to get cash after hours. Secure ATM area can be dirty at times.

This has got to be the slowest CitiBank in California. They have 1 teller working while 3 people are sitting at computers doing nothing (my opinion). The line is near the door. They do NOT have a business line therefore I have to wait. Poor service. Will not come here ever again.
