No one picks up the phone. Hours are unclear on yelp, google, etc. Citibanks phone system in general is impossible to navigate. Their automated person cannot interprete words like 'representative', 'associate', or 'human-being'. Just wasted 30 minutes trying to get a hold of a citibank rep. As a priority account customer this is unacceptable. Occasionally this bank has good promotions on CD's or short term high yield savings, but customer service is abysmal.

I made an appointment on the phone for the notary. The day of the appointment the notary wasn’t there. There was not appointment scheduled. Pretty unprofessional. I was waiting for Erick, the notary, more than an hour.

Terrible service. I booked an appointment and they said they couldn’t serve me because the banker I booked an appointment had been on vacation for a few weeks. The other banker was rude, did not acknowledge me, and told me to reschedule. Worst bank branch ever.

City bank has good opportunity to earn extra cash savingns and i like it very much its an oportunity that not every bank gives you. So i recommend you city bank.

This Branch is horrible and corrupt. I would steer clear of doing business with these people at all as they are rude, lazy and lie. I have never been mistreated by any banking institution and their lack of Customer Care skills and professionalism really is evident here.

I have worked in business management and a professional bookkeeper for over 35 years. I've NEVER experienced a more disrespectful, arrogant and in my opinion racist, other thanVP Sanam Jaberi. She does absolutely nothing to resolve problems. She works to make issues larger and more difficult. She saw my last name and I suspect that's what ticked her off as I'm Arabic and she's disgusting. I've complained to her boss Martha who also defends her neglect and arrogance. This "manager" needs to be dismissed from the bank and never work with people ever. If I had an account with Citi...I'd close it.

During COVID this past week the manager was fluttering around the bank getting close to customers and talking to co workers with NO mask. Her tellers had masks BUT not her, and she talked to another co-worker with no mask who PHYSICALLY handed me a piece of paper he touched with no gloves etc. I asker her why no mask? She rudely waved me off "bye bye". I filed a Citibank complaint and filed a police report and also a CofLA report. People like this should not be running things no concept of customer service. I believe her name is Saman or something similar hard to here teller.

This branch is a training branch or something like that. No manager or anyone but one or two tellers lasts inhere for more than a few months. Terrible place to go.

If you can bank anywhere else, DO SO. This location SUCKS. The people working here are rude and condescending, totally inept and incompetent. Rude tellers, rude personal bankers and financial planners. I originally favored this location because they were close by, and usually provided fast and efficient service. That is (now) clearly not the case. When I left the teller that had been "assisting me" agreed with another customer in Spanish. I heard everything. If I can't have confidence in the bank that I do my banking with, where I put my money, whom can I have confidence in? Go to the one in Los Feliz and avoid this one altogether.

They make you feel like less of a person because you're not a member. And what's the point of two lines if you're next and they let everyone else go first. Worst experience in banking.

Bad service , unprofessional banker especially the female bank ( May 17th) wish I remember her name . I try to withdraw my money from my very own personal account , she says "oh your withdraw is too large, we don't have enough cash for that , you need to call to order in advance" Well I usually use the check for big amount but today I have an urgent issue so I need to use cash instead . Imagine if People or we have an emergency to use cash then every banker say this to us, We would die because of them. These people can only work in the bank and will never work in any better places.

Awful customer service. I always try to avoid this location. The few times I go in for convenience (because it's the closest location to my home) I instantly regret it. I would rather drive a little farther than deal with those girls behind the counter. Woof.

Nonbank customers gets secondary treatment even for cashing their own Citibank check. It's obtrusive and frankly it's going to drive away people who would otherwise want to open an account.

I got here at 12:45pm on a Saturday. I signed in, I was here to open a checking account. After 10mins a lady came up saying it was going to be a 45 min wait. Then 5 minutes later she comes up to tell me that they will not see me because it's going to be after hrs by the time they will get to me. I was like, okay I'm perfectly fine with that. Why should I not be seen for services if I got here before closing times. It was obvious that CITI bank did not want my services.
