Staff were friendly and welcomed when I walked in from the rear entrance to the middle of the bank.The teller was ok but since I smiled at her, she did the same. I guess be nice to others and they will do the same.Some people come to the bank with frustration elsewhere and expect people to be kind and nice in this crazy and busy city? Maybe not. I had no problems.If you park at the garage, they will also have a validation machine here!

We stopped by this branch to wire money ( more than $2,700 ) to pay to my mom's Diners card in Japan. She filled out the form & answered all the questions & clearly stated she wanted the money as dollars ,not yen !! As yen has been very low now.And the lady helped her even told us how much that was equivalent of yen.For some reason ( maybe because my mom was on her wheelchair ) she waived the fee as one time only courtesy ,we were very grateful! But,only to find out later that the money wasn't transfered at all !!! The reason they told us was they weren't sure if mom wanted that to be yen ,or dollars !! Luckily, my sister managed to wire it online in time !! I've never experienced anything like this ,or heard any like this before !! Diners is very difficult to get & you have to pay all the balances at once !! The money max's amount is almost limitless it goes by how much you make. So,it's really a lot to do with your status/ profile / reputation/ trust with them !! My mom has been a customer of them for decades ,almost a half century or more !! She doesn't make much money like she used to once as she had retired a long time ago !! I believe my dad was the original holder anyway.So,if her payment was not cleared on the due date ,she would had been in a lot of trouble !! We were speechless!! Sadly I was gonna write a thank you letter & a great review originally ,but changed to a complain / a very bad review !!

Would give zero stars if I could. Rude tellers. Extremely unfriendly. No help at all. I’ve been a Citibank customer for over 18 years and this encounter I just had made me want to leave Citibank entirely.

Worst bank ever! Don’t come here cause they are racist and refuse to give you service if you are person of color. They will keep you hostage and lock the gate so you can’t escape until the police will come. The workers will confiscate your check without verifying so you won’t able to cash in and pay for your rent.

Wow, this is a review for the business in general. They don't know how to explain there banking systems. The staff may need more training and explaining how to operate. Close this place and readjust.

Jamie the bank manager is really helpful! I called to ask some questions about foreign transactions and he did some quick research to give me the options they offer without any pressure of opening an account! I'm impressed they answer the phone, since most banks are automated for their calls. Also thankful they're open until 5pm during the week. So many banks aren't keeping normal hours during the pandemic
