These people are just the worst. After losing my ATM card and requesting a new own (from a different branch), Citibank sent me a new ATM card... that was blocked even before I could activate it. So I went to the CC Branch, where they attempted to give me a temporary card and ordered me a new card (again). However, not only could they not explain WHY my new card was blocked even before I activated it, but they didn't even have a working printer to print off a temporary card in the meantime. They "graciously" (and I'm being sarcastic) offered to expedite a new card to me at no cost. I got the card and immediately activated it ONLINE. It worked just fine for 4 days. Then, suddenly, it was blocked AGAIN. I marched back to the CC branch and asked what gives. I was told, by a rude little assistant manager (or whatever she was), that my card was blocked because I had not activated it online. BUT I DID, I explained. I DID. However, instead of apologizing to me for my considerable inconvenience once AGAIN, she rudely told me that a new card had been issued to me already and that next time I needed to activate it online. I tried explaining to her that I did that THE LAST TIME, but she was just too snippy to hear me. Further, they did not offer to give me a temporary card in the meantime, and I have no idea where the new card is going (my office, or my house where porch thieves will take it?). So now what? I think I am going to have to close my account there after 30 years. These people are morons. BTW, calling Citibank is even more frustrating than dealing with these people in person.

Citibank is probably the worst bank in the US. They don't really care for you or your business. They pretend as if they care but they really don't. If you're planning to open an account, consider any of the other banks in the area. A midsize bank will pay attention to you and your needs.

Mr. Heang and Mr. Jimenez - the best bankers in the entire office. Mr. Heang and Mr. Jimenez were both really patient, helpful, and informative when I asked them to help me after the office hours. I highly recommend them to anyone who stops by this office!

Terrible service. Called branch but nobody picked up. Walked in 2 minutes later and two employees just standing around. I'm a very good Citi customer but couldn't get one page notarized because I had no appointment. Notary did not seem busy ...

I went to the branch to make a credit card payment and the teller " Jose" gave me the runaround asking to verify me with security questions which I said it was ok. One of the security questions was my bank's routing number which I gave him. Also asked my primary bank and also gave him that answer. Even after giving him my social and Govt ID, he couldn't retrieve my credit card. I've worked for two major banks and it's never been difficult collecting money to have someone make a credit card payment. I was considering open a checking account but after this, no way!

This branch is located in a beautiful area. I came in to deposit a check and the teller was very friendly. She complimented my nail polish. The branch inside is very clean and well-maintained as well. They validate parking!
