I just opened up an account here downtown LA Citibank. I was completely satisfied with the customer service. The banker was really knowledgeable in all the services provided by the bank.

I've been with citi for over 12 years, and i still do not understand citibank's hold system on checks. 1 day x amount released the 2nd day, another amount released, and the 3rd day who knows. 🤷🏾♂️
