Horrible pharmacy, twice didnt have my perscription and when i asked for the address of the cvs that does has it the girl said, just search google. Great service lol

I've been going there for years. Only complaint is that somehow, for some reason, only Walgreens has a special deal on one of my prescriptions. We're talking a lot of money in difference. I started going to the one at the corner of Beverly Glen and Santa Monica. What an ashtray. I'm running back to CVS. Don't are about the money. Glad to be back.

This pharmacy is the reason I have trust issues. Can't depend on them, they have horrible service told me it's not their problem they don't have my prescription and weren't polite about it at all. I could write a whole burn book about tgem.

This was my first visit to this CVS location. I shopped in store. I did not use the pharmacy. The store is located on Wellsworth and Westwood. There is a free open parking lot on Wellsworth. I was a bit confused about how to enter the building because the entrance is not in the parking lot. You have to walk around the corner to the door. The first thing I noticed about this CVS is that it is on the larger side which means more merchandise. It's also very clean and well organized. I had a 40% off coupon so I went to buy my go-to pricey full-price item with the discount. I noticed that the in store price was greater than the online price. However, you can stack coupons so with the 40% off and a coupon I had for the product I ended up paying about the same price as I usually do online. I also had an online return and that was also quick and easy to do. There were a lot of people in this particular store. There was only one person working as a cashier but a lot of people were at self check out and there are a plethora of self-check out stations. Still, I prefer more staff at the desk and I also am old school, and prefer to check out with a person. Our cashier, was awesome though. He was so helpful in helping us find what we were looking for and he also made us laugh. The customer service here is top notch. If you want to save at CVS I highly suggest becoming an Extracare member. You get lots of great coupons and it really helps you save when you shop.

Had to come to the minute clinic for a covid test and Jessica was the sweetest! Covid tests are not fun! She talked and made the process easier. Super sweet. Glad I got her! If you come here and get her you're lucky! Thank you Jessica

Not sure how this CVS location was able to collect an average rating of the entire two stars! They deserve zero stars. 1) The prescriptions do not get fulfilled on time, and you need to call to remind the pharmacy. 2) The pharmacy does not like talking to people on the phone. I tried calling them three times and waited about 1.5 hours in total today. 3) While they keep you on hold, they keep replaying the same ad about their online services over and over and over again. Instead, my advice would be to: a) Play some sort of pleasant music. For example, Mozart's Don Giovanni is a wonderful opera, which lasts 3 hours and 30 minutes. I could probably finish the entire thing while on hold b) Play some sort of educational podcast. For example, it could be a science podcast or a foreign language learning podcast. This way, while waiting, I could earn a Ph.D. or become fluent in several languages. Thanks!

Dirty Store. No Cashier at the Register. They try to force you to use the self checkout. They go extra slow coming to the register to check you out. They think if they go slow enough you will just use the self checkout. I didn't wait I jus left my purchases on the counter and walked out. I did not feel safe th3 Store allows homeless People to sit right at their exit. I will never go back and I know a lot of People that avoids thus particular Store. The Manager left the register area said he has to go count money. Terrible Customer Servic.

I have been going to this pharmacy since 1988. Today I was disappointed because service was not like it used to be. I gave Gilbert my ID and he informed me I had nothing to be picked. An hour before CVS called me to pick up prescriptions. All the CVS in Orange County are manned by great and courteous clerks. The drop off pharmacy technician was also rude speaking in Farsi talking about me. Then she said yes I have RX ready snd should go Back to the pick up line. Gilbert tells me I gave him the wrong last name when I merely gave him my CDL. Talk about incompetence.

Made a covid test appointment and drove an hour to get there all for the testing to be closed that day. Even after an appointment confirmation CVS doesn't care either because they make it clear they have nothing to do with minute clinic. A lazy, unorganized mess. This place sucks. Go elsewhere.

They should close this location down. I made a COVID 19 reservation a week prior to my test and then within hours of my appointment I was told it was canceled without any other appointments available. If you attempt to call the location you get a call center which can not help you.

This review is strictly for the Pharmacy only. Every time I call to refill a prescription or need to preorder a prescription at this cvs location the hold times are insanely long. Not only are the wait times long, they hang up on you multiple times after waiting over 40min and have to call back multiple times. Sometimes I use multiple cell phones to try and get through. I can understand being busy, but I don't understand why they can't pick up and say I have c amount of patients in front of you. I'm actually on hold now, take a look in the screenshot below how long I've been waiting for someone to pick up the phone.

Worst pharmacy experience of my entire life. I've never felt so completely disrespected. Two hours waiting for a damn booster appointment I showed up early for and never received. No apology. No explanation. Walk-Ins who showed up up to fifty minutes after me repeatedly taken over and over while I am ignored. Met with nothing but rudeness and disrespect. I'm seriously still in disbelief over what I just experienced. I'd rather saw my own foot off with a rusty spoon then come back here.
