Rudest, most sarcastic checkout I can recall. Checkout person was impatient condescending, snarky, and wouldn't let up, redividing me because I didn't have eyes at my knees.

Needed to call about an order. Employee was very rude and unhelpful and literally hung up on me twice. Had to call multiple times and wait through phone menu to finally sort things out.

Can a private business be as bad as the DMV? Yep. This place is proof. Terrible understaffing. Long lines. Shelves are often devoid of essentials. Staff is grumpy. No visit here has ever been efficient. Not once. My beard grows two inches as I stand in line and marvel at the misery each customer mist endure. Sick people, infirm people. Elderly people, Nobody loves their experience. Yet we keep coming out of habit. Disruption is coming to the pharmacy industry. This is exactly why.

PHARMACY IS INCOMPETENT!!!Every rx has been f'd up.. first they tell you they don't have it then they tell you they have it it's filled ... That you stand in line and wait and you get to the window after waiting 20 minutes and they tell you oh that was incorrect! This happens every time!! I don't understand why this is so difficult for them, but they can never get it right. GO ELSEWHERE

Did an online print for a canvas, took the time to get the mock up the way I wanted it then when I went to pick it up part of my photo was cut off from the canvas. I showed the employee that part of my photo which appears on the mock up was was present in the print he printed but he said it wasn't his fault and that's just how it prints. I asked him why the mock up looks different but he said if you don't want it you don't have to take it with no resolution to the problem. I did want the print but wanted to figure out why the mock up didn't look like what he actually printed he just said I don't know go do it again. I guess there's a reason these guys have a two star rating.

There was no one at the photo/print counter, when i grabbed my copies after they printed, a heavy set gentleman with short black partially died ponytail came to the photo counter and gave me a hard time for grabbing my copies when no one was there in the first place. He called me a rude ass bitch as I walked away from the counter .

Horrible service, especially on the phone. When you call their pharmacy, you feel like you're disturbing them. Whats your problem, staff?

I went in today to get my Covid booster after being told they took walk ins. The pharmacy said no walk ins and they don't have enough vaccine ! Told me to come back next week or if I wanted maybe try again at 5:00pm. This is a great way to get people vaccinated and totally different from what is told on the news. I am a senior and was refused as a walk-in for my booster and essentially because they don't have vaccine. Also it was not because they were busy, there was virtually no one there; one person in line in the midst of the afternoon. What a poor commentary on this country and this pharmacy.

The customer service in the pharmacy is the worst. They all are inconsistent. They all have attitude problems . They gave me really bad anxiety , made me feel like I was wrong for coming to pick up medications. I'll call early in the morning they give me an estimate time of an hour . I give them plenty of time like 4 hours to be exact , I understand I'm not the only one picking up medications but that's an insane amount of time to wait just so it won't be filled.

This has by far been the worst experience I've ever had in CVS. I typically ignore bad experiences as one offs can happen to anyone. But today, we were in the neighborhood. My daughter had to use the restroom. Found the restroom, locked with a code. Attempted to speak to the older female pharmacist but she completely ignored me, like rudely. I then spoke to the young lady at the pharmacy register. She says that she doesn't know the code to the restroom very bluntly and rude. Ask the bald headed gentlemen at the register for the code, he says the bathroom was suddenly out of order. We found a gas station a few miles away to use the facilities. It's OK to deny the use of the restroom to customers but don't do it rudely.

Long story made extremely short, we stopped in here because one of our kid type folks wanted to look for something. Basically I wandered around and compared to what a CVS back home is like. Really the CVS brand seems to be the same where ever you go. Not really a bad thing at all, having a universal store that has items that are the same is quite handy. They have all of the stuff you've come to expect to find at a CVS location. Ranging from cosmetics to medicine, food, greeting cards, electronics, drinks, snacks. They have a pharmacy for call in subscriptions. Store was well organized and clean and the staff were friendly. Being a member helps save money and earn rewards for later use. If we lived here I wouldn't have any issues with shopping at this CVS location.

This place is f****** trash, close it down already. Almost every other employee has a horrible attitude. I wish there was a zero stars option

I'm a diabetic and I ran out of my insulin needles. And my next prescription wasn't available yet. Which happens if you have to use insulin. Sometimes you end up needing to use more than you ordinarily do, and you run out early. No problem though right? Cuz insulin needles are available without a prescription right? Well....yes....and, no. This CVS FLAT OUT refused to sell me my insulin needles. They did not care a single f#ck about my diabetes. Go die in the gutter was their attitude. Soooo beyond unacceptable. These people are not medical experts. These people are not doctors. And yet they feel like they have the right to make health care decisions which may end up causing you great physical harm. Hippocratic oath? What's that? They ain't never heard of such a thing at this CVS. They honestly deserve to be shut down over this kind of stuff, but I realize the consumer has no protections in this regard. There is no legal recourse. The law allows them to do these things. But just because it's not illegal doesn't mean it's not dead wrong. These people are scumbags. Do not go here.

I have been coming here for the past 4 years with no issues. In the past 3 months, I've experienced horrible customer service from the young kids (teens or 20s) working here - bad attitudes at the register, bad attitudes because I want to use a CVS coupon. There's also been multiple issues with using coupons printed from the coupon center. Half of the coupons don't work, and when I ask the kids for help, they say "I can't do anything." So I ask for a manager, and the kids say "they can't help you either, but sure." Two horrible employees in particular are the young man in his teens or 20s with a buzz haircut and black gauges in his ears, as well as a young lady in her teens or 20s with black/pink/red hair and black glasses. Every time I come here and have to deal with them, I receive horrible service. I'm going to drive an extra 20 minutes in LA traffic to go to the CVS on 8000 Sunset which has excellent, helpful employees. I don't normally do this, but I actually filled out the CVS survey to provide feedback after multiple horrible visits here.
