Went there yesterday, during shopping I needed to go to restroom, so I went to front and asked Martha to buzz me in and she made me wait for several minutes for no reason and I almost pissed my pants. Door opens on pressing of a button but she was busy gossiping with spectators. And I saw this guy at other cashier being rude and talking loud to a customer! There is a clear reason why they have Two star rating. Their management team sucks big time and nobody is doing anything from corporate office! Please investigate these bad seeds and report and remove them asap!!!

This use to be my favorite CVS growing in Hollywood. My most recent visits to this location were nothing short of horrible. The staff is completely incompetent and rude. There's an obese Latino cashier who always has a miserable smirk on his face and could not be bothered to help anyone. They even stopped keeping a lot of items in stock as well. Avoid this place. RUN.

I'm not sure why there are only 2 stars ... this honestly is the best pharmacy staff I've ever dealt with ... I was at Walgreens for 15 years and when my insurance changed I was so worried, I didn't want to go to a new place ... but they made me feel welcome and they were so kind. I've seen people yelling at them and they are all calm and empathetic ... and VERY patient!! I hope my insurance never changes because I can't imagine not seeing these kind faces ... Bravo to whomever does the hiring.

The girls at the pharmacy are the best. Always smiling and are very helpful. The employees in the front are a bit rude. But at least the security in the front is nice.I wish the parking lot was a bit cleaner

I go there a lot, the pharmacy is pretty efficient and fast, but every time I go I spend way too much money on all the things they carry, wish my cvs rewards card worked. It never does and turns into such a hassle I just don't bother anymore. But other than that it's a great store

This is an overdue review I've been coming to this location since 2008. I've actually known all the staff here for quite some time and actually one of them passed away not so long ago I can't remember their name very extremely welcoming though and actually broke my heart when I found out the bad news. All the staff is very attentive and welcoming. Be warned there's a lot of Karen's that come into the store yes I said it. Imagine that I am the customer experiencing that. Imagine the people that work here I salute you.It is very clean is comparing to other ones I have gone around. Every time I've had gotten a product no-one opening Or stealing something . This CVS but I had it with another one where I wanna buy my hair dye and literally they stole the conditioner which was completely annoying. But that has nothing to do with the products that they sell here. Food to go it is decent for what it is they have a tuna pasta thing I can't remember the name but it's really good LOL if you like tuna

Update on my review from 2017 saying, "I'm not sure why this place has so many bad reviews" - I get it, I finally get it!!!!!I rarely ever give bad reviews and do not take pleasure in doing so. As a matter of fact, it's been a long while since I posted any reviews at all. However, I'm always SO frustrated with this pharmacy, and I can't help but vent and warn others about this place. There is one pharmacy manager who's a doll (I forget her name), but she is the only one I can vouch for who does her job and does it well. She has gone above and beyond for me when the rest of the staff were slacking. First, don't try calling there because you will NEVER get an answer. As I type this out of frustration, I'm on minute 16 of my third call in the past hour. My last 8-minute wait was picked up and then immediately hung up on. They just don't do phone calls, I guess. While that's annoying, I've had bigger issues here on multiple occasions that were unacceptable. I won't get into it, but the pharmacy manager took care of me whenever it was brought to her attention. And picking up your meds that are "ready,"... I'd say about 90% of the time I go there, I'm in line for an average of 10-15 minutes. And there's only usually a few people in front of me, although there's also usually 5-6 people working... so although this may be in a convenient location, depending on where you live - I would avoid this place.

This unfortunately was my closest pharmacy. After reading the reviews, I should've known to not have any medication sent here. Me, in pain from my gallbladder and needing my medicine went against my better judgment and came here. Unfortunately, they were about to close and seemed more interested in quickly getting out, than helping a guest. My doctor sent over the medication twice to this location and for some reason they didn't receive it, but the pharmacy that's a little further away received it immediately? I will be reporting this pharmacy to the California board first thing tomorrow morning. Abhorrent behavior from the pharmacist Quyen and her staff. Should be ashamed.

Friendly staff, convenient location. Random to leave a review for a CVS...but just felt that I really appreciated its location at a time of need. Negative star because of the homeless man that was staring at me the entire time I was in the store.

Wish I could give the pharmacy review negative star rating. The worst pharmacy I've ever been too. The staff is so mean and uncaring. The first time I came in was trying to get antibiotics when I had full blown pneumonia. The pharmacist refused to look me up and almost turned me away from receiving medicine. Turns out they spelled my name wrong. Then they made me wait 40 minutes to fill a 15 min prescription. Then what they did with my animals prescription was even worse. Talking about it would just make me even madder. Regardless I just wanted to warn anyone going here. Go to another location or pharmacy. The staff is lazy and just doesn't want to do their job instead of helping people coming in needing their medication

What's up with this store? It is a filthy pigsty--the area behind the cashier looks like a hurricane hit it--like it's literally a giant garbage area-items thrown on the ground, falling displays, clothes lying everywhere. Customer service was horrible. The cashier, "Mando" told me I'd save $12 on my purchase if all I did was give him my email. I literally asked him if there were any charges and if it were "free" and he said "yes." I entered the info and the "agreement" said I would be charged $5/mo. going forward. I called him on it and told him he should be up front and honest with customers about the charges and he belittled me--literally said "yeah, whatever." Now I have to cancel this stupid thing which is an inconvenience, but being deliberately deceived and then talked to like that from an employee was humiliating. Never coming back to this neighborhood store--too many other options.

This is the worst CVS store out there. I called their pharmacy twice, back to back, and was left on hold for over 20 minutes. Nobody ever answered. I then call the store, some moron tries to tell me they're so busy with people in line they can't answer. I said that's ridiculous! I called twice, no one ever answered either time, and I am a customer just like those people in line! The idiot then tells me he's going back there to see what's happening. 15 minutes later I was still on hold so I hung up. I called another cvs and was immediately assisted. They should get rid of all these morons and start over!

This location seemed ok for a while until it recently became practically impossible to get the pharmacy to answer the phone. I tried for days and hours, and they have left me in the lurch. Rite Aid nearby answers the phone with no problems. They apparently want money. Every CVS location I go to these days seems absolutely plagued by management issues.

I had the absolute delight of speaking to Sandy tonight! She was super knowledgeable and oh so kind! She took the time to listen to me and even went on to also help me with ideas about how to manage my physical pain with at home remedies. It was like talking to a friend. It felt so nice to be seen and heard and cared about as a customer and human! She was so patient and really listened and clearly she takes great pride in her dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. Deeply grateful for her genuine kindness, graciousness and humanity. Thank you Ms. Sandy!!!
