I called this morning because I wanted to get 2 color photos made for my family and the owner I guess he was the one said he's not driving from LA Canada just to open his business just for 2 photos to be copied for me, so here's his 1 star review.The owner called me a few minutes after I posted my 1 star review and asked me if I was happy giving him a 1 star. By then I already made my 2 color copies at another place.What the owner should have done from my first call was said I am sorry we are closed today and let me know nicely rather than saying he's not going to drive from LA Canada just to print 2 color photos. Not a good response to someone who could've been a returning customer. Don't call me again. Have a great New Year!

This is the best print shop in LA! They have a super quick turn around and fair prices. Communication was swift and informative. They allowed me to come in and review a test print before I placed the entire order. I was incredibly impressed with the quality of my prints and so was everyone who received them! I will definitely be back for all future printing needs. Worth paying with a check to avoid the card service charge.

I contacted Commercial Printing Network this week to see if they could turn around a foam board protest sign for me in short notice. Robert and the team here were so unbelievably helpful and fast. I purchased an image from Etsy and sent it to them to be printed on foam board. When I went to pick it up, Robert had some suggestions about how I could add an image to the other side without having to pay for a second foam board.He was able to make my sign for me with only 48 hours notice and it was a huge hit at the rally. You don't get customer service like that a chain place. Great local business! Highly recommended.

I walked in to the front (4/1/ 22) office of this print shop, I was wearing a "double" layer protection of N95 anti covid mask. A gentleman approaches me with a cigarette in hand, no covid mask. There are two other people in the office, no mask. I could barely stand the reeking stench of nicotine that apparently had permeated the entire office. As one reviewer (Tatiana) said "it smelled like an ashtray" The smell was really bad, I couldnt take, I made quick polite printing conversation and left. They were somewhat clueless about a simple printing service I asked them about on top of it all. I cant rate them...I just know my head and lungs ached for a while- afterwards. I was wearing a double covid mask!! If they smoke that much do you think they're covid vaccinated? I wish them well. Im sure theyre nice folks but...Whew!!!

I needed 2 types of sample cards printed (small orders really). I inquired online, received a response right away. We communicated via email and everything was smooth. I dealt with Bob mostly before Dro in graphics took over when artworks were ready to print. Cards were printed a day early! Great quality. It was perfect for what I needed. I met both Bob and Dro when I picked up my order. They were both nice and accommodating. Support small businesses! I for sure, will be back.

My name is Veronica, I've been to several businesses and never got what I needed or service. I happened to drive by going to work when I saw this location eagle rock. From the first service I got exactly what I needed , the service is marvelous and prices. I strongly recommend. They have made my life easy and always willing to make it happen. Thank goodness....!

For decades I've been supporting this place and now I'm completely done .. About 5 months ago I had a scheduled meeting to meet with Bob, I wanted merchandise printed. Well he did a no show and I went and took my business somewhere else. I didn't make a big deal of it, I just gave my money to a better place. Today I walked in the lady behind the desk, Bob, and another employee aren't wearing masks, it sticks like a ashtray in there. So.. there's no one there but me and them. I asked the lady behind the desk if I can email her stuff and if she can print it out., she ignores me I ask again So I send her the stuff and I'm just standing waiting for her to acknowledge me ..I hear a printer so I walk to all 3 printers and say is that for me and she ignores me I ask again and she said it's printed behind me and I said there's more paperwork and she ignores me. She pulls out 3 printed papers and said it's $2.75 and I said I'm not done I need printing and she ignores me. At that time 2 regular clients come in and all of a sudden she jumps up and helps them and the owner came out too. I'm getting annoyed because she's still ignoring me and he asked me if I needed help, so I shook my shoulders and said I don't know she's ignoring me I don't know what's going on. Long story short I paid the $2.75 I did not get and further printing , I guess it's too hard for her to help me ..the lady needs to retire or have customers service but what really pisses me off is Bob announces to everyone in the shop if everyone's in a bad mood raise your hand and then they were making comments and then he said we don't need people in the shop with attitudes we don't have people in here with attitudes. Well guess what I walked in a perfectly good mood and your customer service absolutely sucks and I will never return there again I support small businesses but I don't need an owner telling me have an attitude because your employee is awful.. how about you focus on wearing masks and not smoking in the shop, and supporting your customer because she's absolutely useless

I needed to quickly make program brochures for a wedding, they were very responsive and able to complete a 2 hr turnaround time. The owner of shop was very helpful and kind, and even gave us some free card stock programs. I even accidentally left the shop without the programs in hand, forgetting it at the store and the owner chased me down to give them to me! I am pleased with the customer service provided and I would highly recommend to anyone who needs printing services.

Commercial printing has been great to work with. They respond quickly, help us with printing for all our fundraisers and even deliver our orders when we are too swamped to stop by the shop. Lealannie and Bob are GREAT to work with!
