I had a back injury. I went here and was there 40 minutes before they closed and they turned me away. That's BS. If I get there before you close, you should see customers. I really don't like having my time wasted by these people.

Came in late at night , and was helped by Mr Serrato. He was so kind and professional. I really appreciate his quickness. I was terrified of coming here due the reviews but glad I came anyways

I love the way everything was set out and time-wise. It was perfect. I only waited 20 minutes for everything to come in and come out. The only thing I felt uncomfortable with was that everybody needed to be 6 feet apart from everybody since I had other patients there who were coughing and sneezing without a mask, without them even covering themselves.

I went for random drug screening. While checking in I was told by desk clerk to expect a two hour wait. I asked if I could give the urine sample sooner as I was holding it on the drive over. She said no. I used the restroom expecting the two hour wait time. I was called about 30 minutes after leaving the restroom. How could that time estimation I was given be that far off? I barely had enough urine to complete the test.

I could've amputated my own leg in the time it took to do a physical. Horrible but what else should anyone expect from humanity in 2023?

Short staffed and slow with no sense of urgency, making wait times over 2 hours after registration. Staff is kinda nice, but three different people gave three different answers for the same questions on three different days resulting in them providing false information and several inconveniences. Management/"higher ups" need to do better in order to make services here go smoother and quicker.

Very poorly managed and operated. I went in for a physical on a weekday at opening time which is 7:30am. I waited. And waited. And waited. For an hour I waited as other patients who arrived after me were seen before me. At 8:30am, I went to the front desk for an update and was told that the wait for physicals was longer than the wait for other services due to physicals requiring a doctor but that I would be seen "soon." So I continued to wait. And wait. And wait. Finally, at 9:30am, after waiting for two hours, I left. Had I not left at the two hour mark, who knows how long I would've waited. 3 hours? 4 hours? Who knows. My point is this: if they know they're under-staffed and are going to have unreasonable wait-times, they should be transparent about that upfront. Just say: "Unfortunately due to staffing, you'll have to wait a few hours to be seen." At least that way I can make a choice about whether or not I want to wait that long. It's completely inconsiderate and unprofessional to withhold that knowledge and force a patient to wait for hours. When I left after waiting 2 hours without being seen, I called my employer, told them about my terrible experience, and asked them to send me elsewhere for my physical which they did. That said I will NEVER set foot in this Concentra location EVER again.

Very poor customer service. I waited 1.5 hours to get my blood draw and lab only had one vial to put blood it. Of course, the phlebotomist did not find a vein and had to throw away the only available vial. The day before this occasion, I waited 2 hours to see the nurse for 10 minutes and the nurse practitioner for 10 minutes ( the clinic was not busy. Only one client ahead of me)

I came here for a pre-employment drug screen (oral fluid test). They only accept walk-ins for drug screens and I had to wait about two hours to be attended. Once I was finally called it was just for them to tell me that they had no oral fluid kits available....this was two hours AFTER I had checked in and let them know what my job's order was. I understand not having the kits available, but to tell me after two hours of waiting is ridiculous. Especially given drug screens have time constraints attached to them, luckily the third street location which isn't too far off had kits available and were able to attend me within fifteen minutes of arriving.On the bright side, parking is free and plentiful on-site.

From a Workers' Compensation point of view, this place is too busy and congested, and their staff is incredibly rude. If you try to call anytime except the very beginning of the day, they will place you and hold and never answer the call. You have call back and tell them "I've been on hold already for XX minutes," then they'll help you, however they WILL be rude with you. It's easy to understand this is a busy office, but perhaps some training is needed for the staff.

My experience at Concentra has been good for the most part. The staff have been very attentive. However, if we’re talking about my most recent experience, which was this past weekend, the doctor was nothing like Dr. Land. This gentleman would ask about my symptoms, then would cut me off whenever I tried to explain. He didn’t know I had an X-ray done on site which he could’ve referred back to. He didn’t know I had an mri done. That just told me he hadn’t looked at my file and wasn’t prepared.

I’ll give them three stars because my first visit was horrible went in for a physical/tb test/drug test for work and the wait and visit took 4 hours. Upon my arrival no one made me aware of such a long wait and then when asking the front desk do they know how much longer she stated “she doesn’t know how the back is ran” but multiple people who came in after me were seen before me and another lady with a broken ankle who had been waiting longer then me . It seemed very disorganized but thankful Shane and the Doctor made it worth the wait he was sweet and patient and the doctor got me in and out.

I did a walk in because I needed immediate attention and my entire wait was about three hours. After seeing the doctor I was prescribed medication and physical therapy. I did not receive my medication that day and I had to call the office multiple times to let them know that I needed my medication because I was in pain. The whole process took three days. Overall the patient care was very poor.

I tried to call here while I was suffering and looking for help - the guy literally yelled at me on the phone "what is your problem?" In such a rude way I hung up cause I'd rather sit here in pain then go into some sketchy place like this
