Lucky to have this place as employer drug sceener, they are open 24/7 and not busy early in AM. This place made it convenient for pre employment screening and I’m grateful to have come here

The staff were friendly and check-in was done electronically. I love that. It was a fast process. The security guard at the front door was nice as well. Normally guards are rude. If I ever need medical attention that doesn't require my primary physician, I will definitely go to that office.

Upset with facility. I didn't even make it past to see doctor. Was there for workman's comp appointment and found out that they did not have my information and did not accept the appointment eventhough I had aletter and received a text message week before my appointment. Bad service and waste of time.

My experience at Concentra Urgent Care has been by far the worst medical experience I’ve received before. I was directed to go to Concentra for a worker’s comp injury in September for an injury that occurred months prior. From the start of my treatment I felt my symptoms were ignored. During each follow up visit I spoke to a different provider in the urgent care that would give different feedback than the previous doctor. Often times there were misleading or conflicting diagnoses because each doctor had their own idea of what my injury could be based on a negative X Ray. I was ordered 6 sessions of PT. I didn’t like the idea of seeing a new physical therapist (4 ) each session because my progression wasn’t consistent and instead a “let’s try this” experience. I saw a told of 5 medical providers and with each visit it was with a new provider. With each provider I requested to have an MRI done and was told no. With the weight restrictions I was let go from my hospital contract and was working 1-2 days a week my clinic job with modified restrictions. On several occasions I was belittled by the providers, I was mocked by a provider when asked to describe my pain and she repeated what I said, laugh and shook her head and wrote down my description. I asked again for an MRI and it was ignored and instead another 6 sessions of PT was ordered. I continued with 11 sessions of PT. I was finally able to get an MRI ordered when a nurse practitioner I saw asked what was done and if I had an MRI. I explained that with each provider I saw it wasn’t ordered and the NP ordered the MRI!One my last visit with Concentra Urgent Care in November. I spoke with a provider and he presented two options for me to either close the case because my injury was old and there’s nothing else they can do because I already PT or to follow up with Ortho. The provider more so pushed towards closing the case but I let him know that I wanted to see ortho. I finally get an ortho appointment with ortho 6 weeks after my MRI results. It was a 12 minute visit where he completed a function test and spent majority of the time reminiscing about how he was a fellow at the ortho clinic I worked at and went down memory lane. During this appointment we did not review my MRI images, he read the impression and stated that he wanted a second MRI with contrast. When I had my appointment with the Ortho MD on Feb 7th he was 1.5 hour late to the appointment with 7-8 patients in the waiting room waiting for his arrival. I am finally told to head back to a room, at 1:22p the doctor walks into the room and at 1:25p I am back in the waiting room. He never went over my MRI images and only read the impression. When I stated that I knew what the interpretation read, he stated “oh it sounds like you already know” and he remember that I worked where he was a fellow and attempted to talk about his glory fellowship days again. The MD suggested surgery based on the “results” of a labral and rotator cuff tear and stated that it would be a month before the surgery could happened. In this 3 min experience he did not pull up my images to review and had 7 charts stacked in front of him.I called my worker’s comp adjuster and asked for a new provider. I was able to see a new provider that following Monday. During that appointment I provided both my MRI cds, the images where reviewed before the provider saw me and we reviewed them together and suggested that I did not have these tears that were mentioned and that the MRI contrast was injected at a weird angle. The MD did not recommend surgery at this time and wanted to proceed with a non invasive route with steroid injection and physical therapy. This past week I saw the referred provider who also agreed that the injection site was missed and that was the reason why the images showed a “tear”…that was never there. Had the ortho MD looked at my MRI results this would’ve been caught but instead I was looked at as an opportunity to preform unnecessary surgery as a pay day for him. Do not be afraid to ask for a second opinion!!!

The appointment wait time to be seen was extremely long. Finally to be seen 10 minutes, you're then told to wait in the lobby which became an additional 30 minutes.

The first thing I asked when I got here was how long will this take. She told me 45 minutes. I’ve been here an hour and a half and all they’ve done is send me a text message to fill out personal info. I told the front desk lady I have a dog in the car and asked for a time estimate. If it wasn’t going to take that long I would have come back without the dog. I asked for an update on time and she shook her head at me. I will literally never come back here again. Absolutely awful

All of the staff were professional, efficient and worked to get me seen as soon as possible. Teresa, RN who did all my labs was especially pleasant to work with. This is a great location and staff.

I visited this Concentra location for a TB chest X-ray, I checked in at 5am. This tech was ready for me and my services went smoothly, really happy that this is a site with 24 hour X-ray capabilities, and the gentleman who assisted me was a pleasure to talk to and got me in and out quickly, exactly the reason I went so early. Over all a great first visit!
