Really bad prices and customer service. Go to little Tokyo market place (a 3 min walk away) or Grow. You will get much better service and prices there.Bought an overpriced four pack of beer here once and it was flat as tap water. Tried to return the other 3 the next day and got scoffed at and was told “no refunds.”I live in the neighborhood and used to come here from time to time. The prices were always overblown but would make an exception because they were open an hour later than other markets.Definitely glad to get out a bit earlier and support the other small businesses in the area that actually care about the people and the community. This place is just price gouging and faking it!

Asked the price for an item. The cashier said I dont know. And continued eating chips. He never bothered to check. Minimum wage is an overpay.

I stopped by to purchase some Lottery Scratcher tickets at this small corner store. My friend was going to buy some fancy potato chips but they were expensive so it was placed the bag back on the shelf. The cashier was very nice and talkative.

I do my groceries here for convenience and not an overly crowded place in which I can do my grocery shopping in peace. They have a wide range of choices for good quality products as well. Lines are not that long and the prices are very affordable. This place has everything you need. Highly recommended!

Aesthetically pleasing and minimalist flair provide for a pleasant corner store experience. This ain't your father's corner store.

Would love to support these guys more but it's hard. Extreme markups on a simple six pack and pretty much everything else. Not sure what the business plan is here. $10 card limit, which I actually understand for an independent business but would make it more worth it if I knew someone's name there.

This place is a pathetic excuse for a "convenient" store. In fact, we call it the "inconvenient" store 'cause it's just so inconvenient. They have no basic food products, tall cans or virtually anything else you might need from a respectable corner store. Their prices are astronomically high to the point where I feel personally offended. Also there is a $10 card minimum which is annoying especially how fancy they act while still being cheap af. Right now on Yelp it says the store is open but obviously it's not - they are so inconvenient. I always see people try to get in when it's closed and they look so disappointed. Last week there was literally a fight in the store where a local guy got his a** beat by a blm protestor so they had to close it down for the day. I try to avoid this place as much as possible but it's already closed all the time anyway so it doesnt make much a difference. I'll literally walk 2 extra miles just to go to a real convenient store. The workers are always taking p*** breaks, and because only one person is working at a time (cause they're so cheap, plus they don't have a bathroom in store) the store has to close down entirely for a long period of time while the employee goes to the hotel next door and reads the news and Instagram on the pot (you know they are). As soon as the pandemic hit they fired all the females and minorities... coincidence? Homeless people treat this place like their personal living room. The reason they call themselves the corner store must be because of how many corners they cut. I advise against subjecting yourself to the misery agony and torture of the corner store. They are the definition of poor form. Good luck.

It is a great little corner store to get a few quick common items if you live in the Art District and don't feel like driving. I am amazed how this little store can carry such wide selections. I mainly go for wine and cigarettes. Their business hours are not so great. They have a good selection of liquor but you will have to pay a little more than elsewhere. The location is very convenient, friendly, organized and clean.

Convenient and everyone there is really nice. No complaints from a local who lives a block away.

A very personal and interesting tour. I've gone to many distillery tours and this ranks among the best! The founder is friendly and a lot of fun with great stories to tell. Most importantly, the whiskey is interesting and very, very good.
