This place has a ton of great beauty items for professionals! If you have an Aesthician license this is a great place to come to stock up. I grabbed some sale items on shampoo and conditioner. Can you believe only $3 because of the manufacture repackaging! What a deal! I needed some OPI nail polish that appears like gel but isn't. It's called Infinite only $6?! Usually $12 at the stores. They have a parking lot and a lot of great products!

Worst customer service I've ever had in my life Yesenia- was beyond rude was not helpful When I was checking out i Specifically asked to have both receipts one email and one print out however she made the mistake of only giving me my print out receipt, then when I said I need my email receipt she said " Are you seriously gonna make me do this" I replied saying yes since I specifically asked for it and the mistake of not doing it was not on me not telling her I needed it at the beginning of the transaction. She continued to roll her eyes and say "are you serious...are you kidding me right now" and then continued to give me grief about it- when I asked her to return my items so that I may have emailed receipt. How is her mistake my fault?! Receipts are important Documents that we need for taxes. Plus when the paper receipt fades you won't return our items. It's not like I requested you to do this when there were people in the store. I was the only person in the store and once again your mistake not mine because I specifically asked for emailed receipt and a printed out copy. The best part is after she returned everything and gave me my email receipt I asked for my printed receipt and she said no because I have an email receipt. NEVER IN my life have I had any person at Cosmoprof be so rude-Oh and to TOP that all off, at the end of it guess what I NEVER even got my email receipt after all of that AND BC she wouldn't print one out again I don't have that either- We all have bad days but when someone's polite about it all there's no reason to be rude I'm a paying customer who purchases a lot for my salon needs

Got my hair done by Ssoonie and Yumi. Absolutely amazing job with my coloring and perm! He made recommendations on how to do my hair and also taught me how to properly care for my new do as well! Definitely would recommend people to come to him!

FIX YOUR HOURS!!!!!! I just drove to this location & it says you close at 6pm but on the door it says 4pm. ALSO LEAVE A INTRO VOICEMAIL SO WHEN WE CALL YOU CAN GIVE US BASIC INFO ON STORE DETAILS... Like most million dollar corporations on planet earth lol

The ladies who work in this store are lazy !So I come in the store and I look around for a disinfectant container and I didn't find one so as I walk around looking confuse one of the ladies asked me did I need help finding something I said yes I'm looking for a nail disinfecting container and I asked for the plastic one and, the lady said no we don't have one so then I said will how about the glass disinfectant containers and she said we don't have that either I asked did she know what I meant she said yes & then recommended i go to sally because they might have some.then i proceeded to go buy other things out of the store because there were other things that i needed out of the store that I didn't bother asking for i figure id look around I decided to walk over to the disinfectant side anywaysJust to see what they did have ,and then I find the glass disinfect the container specifically for Nail implements I didn't say anything to the ladies at the register because they seem to be too busy having a conversation with one another other than maybe walking around the store to help me so instead I decided to leave this review telling whoever the store manager is that these ladies clearly spend most of their time working I understand it's slow I understand you guys are running out of things I understand it's a pandemic but you literally don't know what you have in the store . Thats crazy ! I've never experienced such laziness before from Cosmo Prof every Cosmo prof has been over and beyond with being helpful during this pandemic but these ladies Absolutely Not I hope they're not licensed cosmetologist because if they are they should be ashamed.
