Such an easy and friendly donation option! You can pull right up to a garage entrance, there’s someone there to greet and assist you, you get an electronic receipt and you’re done. Such a great way to do good. :)

I have been wanting to checkout this place for a while and I was not disappointed! Large selection of items from clothes to books to home goods. I found incredible leather jackets as well as gorgeous sweaters. The book section is large and I copped a few brand new titles that I am so excited to read! I also went during a random 50% off everything sale which was super cool too. I think my only complaint would be that they need to tidy up more in the back home goods and books section but otherwise, awesome shop!!

I'd like to share that a woman named Maureen went above and beyond to help me find the rest of the dishes that went with the set. She was friendly, and genuinely wanted to help me. I just didn't want her kindness and professional manner to go unnoticed.

This is one of those thrift stores that make you feel grody until you return home for a shower. The clothing sections are neat enough, but everything else is cr*p stacked on top of cr*p. Major hoarders buried alive vibes. In addition, I was definitely up charged for a CD that was marked as $1.50. When I came up to the counter, it got rang up as almost $6.

Good selection of books and clothes. Prices are erratic, some good deals, and other times, I found myself thinking: “I could buy this new, for less.”Definitely worth checking out. Park on the street or on a side residential street and walk over.Lots of CDs and other music (including vinyl)

After cleaning out my closet, I had a lot to donate at the NMCJW Thrift Shop. A young man, Jorge, greeted me and asked if I needed help, which I did. He removed a shoe rack, 4 bags of clothes, shoes, and purses from the trunk and thanked me with a big smile. It was painless, quick, and very easy. I didn't have time to shop, but I've been in the store and it's clean and well organized. I recommend this shop for donations, and for shopping.

I don't understand these business that want you to shop and spend money at their store but provide no restrooms. Period! I was having an emergency and waited till someone came out. I said can I use the bathroom. She said no. Really you've relived yourself but I can't! Then she went to get a manager. Really? For him to tell me no. I said it's a toilet. I'm not gonna steal it. Businesses that do this - hateful.

Lovely place, great selection and beautiful space that's not packed like other thrift stores. Prices are very reasonable.

There aren't a lot of thrift shops near the Marina, so they win by default. The drop-off is through the Post Office parking lot to a small garage in the back of the store.

My favorite place in Los Angeles to donate clothing and home goods. They make the process so easy.

I have been a donor here and avid thrift shopper for years but even accounting for inflation, the prices now just feel gouge-y. Yesterday they told me no more exchanges or returns (and nowhere to try things on?) I'll see y'all at Goodwill.

Super expensive, very messy and a disappointing experience. It makes Goodwill shine which I rarely say.
