This company is beyond dishonest in their billing practice and the way they give quotes. I had to get a lawyer involved and am still disputing a moving case with them from Jan of 2023. They tried to bill me over 6000 for a 2 bedroom apt move after giving me a different phone quote ( and only sending me a contract for storage , even though I was not storing anything.) The movers left my place in shambles and caused water damage to my notebooks containing confidential client information. On top of losing important electrical components to musical equipment.
I noticed they went out of business for a long time and have now rebranded and wonder if this was a way to avoid taking responsibility for unethical business practices. Don’t trust these people.

I don't normally post negative reviews... but this one deserves one. This company is probably the worst company I have worked with as a customer and recommend you avoid it completely. I had three projects ongoing with different vendors and different approaches and this company was the poorest in all areas design, production, customer service, and project coordination. Their processes are not suited for the retrofit of the house. They are not customer-centric, their design is sub-par, and options for customization very limited. We got more No's than Yes even for simple things. When we asked for a refund of the amount within a couple of days of just design discussion they refused. As I had paid upfront, I continued with a subset of work in that project which involved creating a few cupboards in one bedroom/bathroom. After taking an abnormal amount of time (compared to other vendors/projects), they came with missing pieces, wrong designs, and poor coordination. The worst part is they wouldn't take responsibility for any of this even though I have sufficient documentation of the same. Stay Away! Not Recommended

Absolute scam of a company, avoid at all costs! dealing with this company has been a nightmare which I can't seem to escape. deliver was delayed and it took multiple days just to get an agreement to cancel the order, and four days later I still have not received a refund. It's as if they hope the bait and switch will work and if it doesn't they look to the customer's credit card order as a short term loan.

Worst delivery company that exist!! they hold my item and deliver 6 month later, when it arrive, it's totally damaged, they charged me for storage fee, and now when my item arrive it's damaged, they even charge me for dispose the damaged item, what kind of non sense is this ? THEY CHARGED ME FOR THEIR MISTAKE !!! when i call the customer service, they just hung up without solution.

I will not dealing with this company anymore, it is just the worse company ever, i've waited almost 2 months to get my item, and it came damaged. I've called their customer service regarding this and they cannot provide any solution, i can say this is the worst customer service ever

Holly Molly!!! Don't trust them... they can't resolve the problem come... I called them for my order, but they can't give an answer and take a long time... I'm very frustrated

Very bad experience, not once but multiple times. Packages are never delivered, fake attempts are fed in the system. The pin that you get on the message is always wrong, ivr never accepts it if you call them. If you raise complaint and complaint number, it is never resolved, things stay the same. The agents sit in the office and call and if call is not picked then that mark it address not found or otp issues, both lies. My packages from three companies have gone back to the vendor, eventually the vendors are going to stop booking them since the packages return and they lose money. The delivery agents or the customer care don't care about either company or the customers to make efforts to actually do their jobs, while company itself is not hiring better people or training them to value the customers. The company, agents and customer care are very inflexible and cannot lift a finger to actually improve the service. Other companies go over and beyond to coordinate and make sure that the customer is heard and served better but ecomm express does not and mark my words they are going to go down, I have already started to ask the vendors to not book them for delivery since I never receive my packages from this shipping company.

They don’t even deserve ONE star.!We ordered the furniture 11 months ago and they never got back to us delivery estimation. I had to call every time and they never called us back.This company is useless!!!
