Creative Solutions Los Angeles (CSLA) is a local destination offering great products and great service with amazing, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. The customer support provided is truly top-notch, with staff going the extra mile. The space itself is great. While repairs are not cheap, the service techs are knowledgeable. Recently, however, service department turnaround times for repairs have slowed, taking several weeks to more than a month to get gear looked at, even with rush service, whereas it used to be much quicker. Despite this, the excellent customer support remains a key reason customers stick with their premium products.
I brought a monitor in for repair, as my friend asked me to. The staff were polite and explained how to fill out the form correctly. I gave them the number and they accepted the monitor. Communication was easy. I highly recommend them, they respect and value you here!
