Fantastic customer service. loved the environment. very clean and professional. especially their waiting area. free coffee too yo. and very comfortable chairs. parking is a little tight. u have to pay on the street. but if you are lucky, there are a couple parking spots behind the building.

I'm not a member, but used it a shared branch today. Great experience, I was immediately acknowledged when I walked in, and my teller Sheyla was awesome. She was friendly, polite and professional. It was just a simple transaction, but I'll definitely consider joining this CU.

I have used Zelle in the past!However, it’s not safe & has been compromised!?I have been trying to get assistance with payment to no avail.Plus, where is your 4.5 kiosk closest to me?I can’t find it!!!

**update** The marketing team replied to the above review fast & asked me to email so they can handle this promptly. I did as they asked and I haven't received a reply yet. I still have hope in the credit union. But it seems like they just wanted to reply on here to save face and not do anything. As you can see nothing was done & none of my issues were really addressed of the member service that I received. Instead I was once again met with a condescending statement about credit counseling. I hope this serves as a notice to anyone thinking of becoming a member. It's how they treat you when you fall on tough times that matter most.

So not helpful. Literally used the ATM inside which didn't let you choose bills which is bad already. Then I wanted to turn $20 into two $10 but they can't even give change without all your account information? So lame. DO NOT recommend

I am unfortunately one of those Yelpers who only leaves reviews when things have gone horribly awry, but that fact should speak volumes to this testimony I would like to give to Nolani and Grigor. Sure, you're only going in there to do mundane banking tasks, but they both have such a kind and positive demeanor about them that you can't help but feel a little less glum about the world when you walk out. I come here regularly as a shared branch member, and every single interaction I've had with both Grigor and Nolani has been so positive; they are consummate professionals, helpful, kind, and courteous. This isn't just a positive review for the business services offered here, but a glowing testament to the high quality and caliber of individuals who work here. Thank you both for your bright smiles every time I walk in! It goes a long way.

Don’t bother never call them , they just run your credit and promise you a rate on the phone which is different on the paper, I never recommend them as they are not honest and i will never do business with them.
