Don’t bother never call them , they just run your credit and promise you a rate on the phone which is different on the paper, I never recommend them as they are not honest and i will never do business with them.

I had an on going issue with mobile banking. I brought to the attention of Grigor at the San Vicente Blvd branch in LA. He was empathetic and went out of his way to assist me. Issue was resolved following day.

I’ve never had issues with them. Just wish they had more locations. But they’re always much more friendly than regular banks.

Overall, it was a great customer experience when opening a new account at this branch. Nelly and Yadira did an outstanding job of making the process as quick and efficient as possible. Would highly recommend this branch to anyone!

After having been an employee of Cedars Sinai for over a year and a half, I finally made a decision to go open an account with CUSC. I had heard CUSC had a great affiliation with Cedars and that it provided great benefits for its employees. So today, I went in and made an appointment to meet with Grigor at the LA San Vicente branch (thanks to my friend Pia) to open my account. Grigor provided me with the best customer service as well as a super awesome personality that made our meeting pass like nothing. At the end of the day, he was able to help me efficiently and provided me with all the answers to my questions. I had also explained to him how I had recently cleaned up my credit since I had gotten very ill back in the days. I didn't think I was going to recover from my illness and I let my medical bills go to collections. But, I was given a second chance and cleaned up my act, and there I was with Grigor opening up a new account, requesting a personal loan as well as a visa credit card, both of which were approved by the time I got home this evening! :-) Thank you so much for your assistance Grigor and God Bless you with your future endeavors and carry on with that awesome and charming personality!

I needed help to get my money back from an overpayment I did on my Honda odyssey lease. had. 9/6/22 left messages and left the review asking for response.Apparently I was calling the wrong number and that's why I couldn't get a hold of them.They replied to my review quickly by email that same day. will update my review...Update:09/07/22 I got an email from costumer relations and was told it will be taken care of. Was waiting for the right department to contact me (I was told it will be by the end of the day) and they did!! The person who called me was very helpful and took care of my issue promptly.I was very satisfied with their costumer service., and I definitely recommend working woth them if you're looking for a car lease bank.

They charge you international fee of 1% for every transaction. I started to travel a lot and you will get hundreds of dollars of fees. SF Fire CU, which I was a member before moving to LA. They NEVER charged for any ATM anywhere in the world. I thought credit unions were customer oriented and not like big banks with these fees. I am going to close my account. Also, had a main branch closed for lunch. Talked to the regional manager and he was rude, impatient and said he couldn't staff his branches. Really? Who closes at lunch when everyone is trying to come and do business when working? They had a line outside the door with upset clients. Not impressed at all with this institution. These are only the bigger issues.

Zero Stars I applied and was approved for an auto loan and given parameters of a used car to buy. To get the loan, you must submit SIGNED (purchased) purchase order of the car. Once provided with the signed PO, this credit union claims the car is over priced and makes me pay the 2000$ difference in value, without warning. Now, after the car is purchased, they make me sign up for a checking account in order to receive the loan I was already approved for. After TWO DAYS (meanwhile, the dealership is waiting for a payment within 5 days of signed purchase order) of visiting the office IN PERSON (so inconvenient) I was NOT approved for checking account, so I was left completely abandoned with a PURCHASED car. California Credit Union saved my life when Credit Union of Southern California could have ruined my financial career. California Credit Union also approved me for HALF the APR of Credit Union of Southern California (3.8 vs 1.8 at CCU). Go to California Credit Union if purchasing a car! Or for anything else, considering how the treated me during the process of buying a car. Shame.
