Went in last week . Tried buying an iPhone XR was selling it for $780 the phone is $500 plus $25 upgrade plus $50-60 of tax should of been 600 and something the guy was saying he had to sell it with accessories I went before that the other guy didn’t tell me that I went to the pasadena one and they said they always get complains and they even said they don’t do that some dealers do for $$$

MANUEL C SCAMMED US. He is the so-called "manager" of this store and he scammed us by adding in accessories that we never wanted saying it is free for esim activation. I had a bad feeling but he kept yelling at my partner and I saying that it is the same charge either way. We were just trying to transfer a physical sim card over to an esim. Called another Cricket branch later to have another manager tell us that it should have only cost us $10.94 vs. The $40 Manuel charged us. SHUT DOWN THIS STORE AND BLACKLIST THIS MAN. HE IS A CRIMINAL.

Went for a visit today and they were really helpful. They helped me out with a good deal on some phones. Manuel helped me out with this. He is always helpful when we take a visit to the store. No problems what so ever. Thanks cricket!!!

Since I purchased last Dec. 23,2022 the lady Mgr. of the store name Catherine paid everything when I check the phone I don't like the settings refused no return, no exchange and give me the cord to plug in on my phone, but not working went to San Fernando store name Manuel very respectable and polite give me the plug in that works with receipt and happy. O and his a great help to assist on my complaints

Agree with the other bad reviews, Cricket you should really pay attention to these reviews and not let these guys operate anymore. You will lose customers because of this bad location.

Representative was so rude. While helping me answered his phone for a personal call. I asked questions was very short with me. Told me that I had an attitude. That he's an old gangster from the area. So uncomfortable being there. Asked about an upgrade. Didn't show me anything. Just gave me a price. Such a terrible employee. I walked out will never return. It was on Thursday Oct. 27th around 11:00 am

So I saw a lot of negative reviews of this site and figured it couldn't be that bad. And in my initial visit it wasn't! It was a Saturday and there was a younger guy, I was gonna buy a phone and in his system there was something where the online price and the in store price were substantially different. He tried a few things and was incredibly helpful.I came in after work on a thursday and mentioned that I wanted to set up the phone in store. The second I show the guy the phone he says "what do you want." I explain that I want help setting up the phone and that I've done so at other cricket locations in the past. He then dismisses me and says gruffly that online orders get no help in store. I say I just wanna make sure things go well and that I know other locations have helped when I got third party phones. He looks at my old phone (pixel 2) and then holds onto it for a while and says he can't help, go to online call number. After he hands me my phone back and keeps dismissing me, he then starts following me as I start walking out the door - escorting me.His tone from go was rude. Remembering the nicer younger sales rep I was trying to keep pleasant and upbeat, because even when the younger dude couldn't help, he was calm collected and compassionate. This older (late thirties maybe forties) was anything but. My calm tone shifted to confusion, wanting any explanation or assistance in the right direction, he wants no part of it. I reiterate one last time that other locations helped me, or set me in the right direction and not once but twice (and a third when I asked what he was saying when he mumbled) said "yeah, better stores" I'm sorry better stores? I went to other cricket locations "yeah better stores" and then locks the door behind me and walks away.I not know why this location has such poor reviews. It's this guy. He was coming and going from the building and had keys so I assume he's a key holder if not the manager of the location and he's not kind, polite, or helpful at all. He refused to give me his name as well, and then claimed they were closed, despite the sign and the website listing that they are open for two entire more hours.So I guess if you go here, and you see a shorter (5'4" ish), more portly 40ish man, with medium tan skin, just leave. Come back another time or not at all. You deserve better than this guy's poor attitude.
