This place has the most ignorant employees. I was there to resolve my phone upgrade issue 3 times. And each time their employees are as clueless. They keep verifying your pin and then 30 mins later they chat with their customer service while talking to different people around. After 1 hour in store, I was having headache and with nothing resolved, I felt it was wasted trip. I am going to never go back to this store. Their phone customer service is as ridiculous. If you go in their store, they look like they should rather not working.

I’d give this location 0 stars if I could.I called and spoke with the Store manager Tanya. I asked if she could send over the last 2 billing statements to my email and she proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t and was really rude to me. She said that I had to call customer care and if she decided to do it, it would be a one time thing. This further highlighting the terrible customer service they have at that store. I normally don’t take time to communicate this but I wanted to do so to highlight that multiple locations like this one and Cudahy have terrible managers and employees. I keep this phone service because it is convenient and I don’t care for paying 100s of dollars for a big phone carrier. That, and the experience below is the reason I stay.So a few months back I left this review at the location on Beverly Blvd in Los Angeles: I spoke with David. I can tell they were probably busy, but he was happy to help me with getting statements emailed to me from previous months. I called the location in Cudahy and the manager told me she couldn’t do it even though I called many times before and they were able to pull up statements from months before, she just didn’t want to be bothered by it. Which is why when I called this location and David sent me over 6 months of statements to my email, I was amazed. He deserves a raise and recognition for his efforts! Thank you David !*I called the Beverly Blvd location in LA and they told me David transferred to the Gardena location, they kindly provided me the phone number. I called and spoke with him and he is now a store manager. Definitely earned his position and is such a huge help !! He helped me get the last 2 months sent over to my email in just a couple mins and was more than happy to help!!

Since the payment systems is down, it would be nice if someone actually answered the phones so we could find out when store will be open. There are sales people inside but a recorded message is picking up so they should be able to answer the phone.... just sayin'....

Very disappointed with costumer service, tech support and retail workers. The only reason I've purchase your network bcz after checking on your website that my 18 y.o. unlocked Nokia is compatible with your network, I've called costumer service and double checked the information (bcz all other networks in Los Angeles said my phone is not compatible with their networks example: H20, T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, Metro PCS etc). After Criket costumer service representative confirmed that my phone is 100% compatible , I've purchased the sim card and prepaid 1st months. Upon receiving sim card I've inserted into my phone and unlike with other networks sim cards, my phone did recognize the Cricket sim card, but it would give signal bars. So I did put that sim card in a smartphone and the phone asked to be restarted to reconfigure setting to the new card. After restart Cricket on smartphone was working fine. So, don't you think that 18 y.o. Nokia is not capable to reconfigure settings automatically like new smartphones do? So I was advice to go to the retail store (Hollywood location on Santa Monica blvd) and worker there denied even to try to manually help to set up the phone and also added that "Cricket doesn't work with any old phones". I've called costumer support and ask for refund, but they said bcz sim card is working rest is my fault and denied me in the refund. I'm very disappointing in how Cricket handle it's business and potential long term costumers.
