The white lady is racist she spy on black kids beware. I've seen it with my own two eyes then the lines be long and there's one worker scamming all the items and I came here before to get medicine y'all never have it. Horrible store horrible staff never coming here again!

This CVS is not good. I came here to get my passport photo taken, and the staff did not know how to properly take my photo because I had curls... prejudice. Additionally the pharmacy is the slowest pharmacy I've ever experienced. I call and call and they don't have prescriptions that should be easily source-able, and they never notify once a prescription has been filled. Really poor store all together.

I had problems getting my prescription filled with CVS IN Berkeley, CA. I WAS planning to switch my prescription else where. I came to this CVS in LA and I was amazed at how wonderful I was treated by the pharmaceutical staff they got approvals and filled my order in 10 minutes. It's unfortunate MY EXPERIENCE at BERKELEY CVS WLHAS BEEN A MEDICAL NIGHTMARE. They could care less that I was about to be out of my heart meds and told me to contact my Dr myself. They also told me that I had to contact United Healthcare myself to permission to refill it took days. I STILL have to move my prescription from then. Too bad I don't live in LA, Ca

Pharmacy staff leave a lot to be desired. Specifically the female hispanic with glasses. Her attitude is horrible. If you don't want to help people, find a new occupation. If you if need to take a course on QUALITY customer service, then please so us all a favor and enroll in one. We all have bad experiences with our customers, but judge all by that one bad experience. Stop being leaky. That all.

My visit to the pharmacy department today was TOP TIER! Cecilia greeted me at checkout and I told her that in all the years I've been a customer, she's easily given me the best customer service. I asked her how long had she'd been working there and was surprised that it's only been three months (at this location). Today was only my second time seeing her. She greeted me with a smile and a genuine "How are you?" She also remembered me from my last visit. These are small things but makes the brief interactions much more meaningful.Although my visit today was FIVE STARS, this has not always been the case at this location. So, I'm taking away one star.

This cvs sucks! I was forced to change here since the on Bristol closed and I loved Steve. It's dirty on the inside the ppl are just careless and no one answers the phone. I mean fuck why do you have a phone or you're not going to answer it! Where is the customer service????

Cvs carry every thing except a car dealership ??... i am A cvs customer.. i love shopping for my family and me.. the products are Excellent the stores are always next and clean Customer service Excited!! My discounts i love .. every time i shop at cvs i save !! Money!?? week

There are places you think you'd never care to review - but sometimes the experience is just so bad you feel like you need to warn people.This CVS location is by far the most convenient to my home and work but I will never go again. I thought it was just a bad day for everyone last time I had a bad experience but after today no more.Noli gives the opposite of customer assistance, he gives customer inconvenience. I would rather he ignore me than blatantly lie and put me through trouble.A trip ago I asked him if a coupon went through when I was rung up, he lied and said it did when it clearly didn't. OK dude, you could just say no?Today I asked him where I could find something in the store, he comedically pointed down the aisle I was in front of. Not because it was actually to be found there it's because he was being a jerk.Also, cherry on top - they do not enforce mask wearing, even for the employees working at the pharmacy!!!
