I visited this location's pharmacy right at they were closing. I had never had any issues before so I was surprised as the pharmacist seem to be ushering people out.Of my concerns was he initially tried to not fill the prescription, telling me to return tomorrow. It was refill. As I told him I could not return tomorrow, he suddenly had it filled in record, lightening time. Biggest fail: He asked me for what medication my prescription. However he asks me this from another computer, away from the front counter. I didn't answer because the line was full behind me. He decides to announce the name of my medication, without any regard for HIPA regulations and my own privacy. I muttered that was correct. This pharmacist is unprofessional and a liability.The other staff are very friendly, helpful, and keep it professional. That's why I'm giving 3 stars. I'm considering this a one time, bad experience.

Worst customer service ever. They must have a "how angry are you" scale they require before hiring. Those not at a10 on a zero to 10 scale where 10 = I'm mad at everything including the air I breathe, need not apply.

I am a physician calling in prescriptions. The male technician that answered my phone call around 3:45 PM 12/28/2022 was extremely unprofessional. Did not want to take the prescription down. Requested that I send it electronically or by fax. When I let him know that did not have access to those means he quickly said "all right by" and hung up the phone. I called back and had a very friendly interaction with a female technician who let me speak directly with the pharmacist who was very, very helpful I let him know the unprofessional behavior. If you are in healthcare, and thinking about which pharmacy to deal with, I would reconsider. Also patients need to be aware that if they treat ordering physicians this way CVS likely isn't going to value your business

I started coming here a year ago because it is the closest cvs to where I live. Since I've gone here, I have consistently had problems refilling my prescriptions. Numerous times I have been told my medications have been ordered and then they just do not order them. They don't understand how to use co-pay/discount cards and are unwilling to learn. Also, it you ever need to call you will be on hold for at least 20 minutes just to have whoever answers the phone gaslight you. Literally go anywhere else.

Tried 3 times to pick up medication. Every time there was a new problem/reason why it wasn't ready. Had to get it sent to a different pharmacy. Don't come here.

I have had issues getting my prescriptions from this pharmacy every single month since I started going here in January. This month I have attempted to pick up my prescriptions 3 days in a row, and was told every single time to wait for 10-15 minutes, then told they were unable to unlock the safe and could not give me the prescriptions and to come back the following day and they would have it ready for me. I have now gone 3 days without the medications I need as I have run out, and today I was once again told to come back later. When I asked if I could get my prescriptions transferred to another location the pharmacist said she could not help me and I would need to have my doctor call it in, so that is just what I did. Avoid this location at all costs, especially if you have medications you need to be taking daily!!!

Pharmacist(s?) are incredibly rude. Multiple times, I've been on hold for a solid 30mins over the phone. Then they talk to me w a tone like they don't want to even be there and that I'm imposing on them. I really don't need their "what a moron" attitude--especially after they put me on hold 20mins longer than any other CVS has. And this is for basic things like transferring a prescription! I wish there were a 0 star option.

CVS PHOTOS, not pharmacy. If I could give a zero, I would. I had the worst experience while taking a passport photo today. 2 girls (one who had her hair dyed pink or purple) and a man were being very passive-aggressive and rude. I was just trying to take my picture but they were being very impatient, rude, and told me if I wanted two photos that I needed to buy 2 flash drives since each flash drive only holds one photo... Can someone verify this, I just called FedEx and they told me their USB can hold more than one phot.
