Hate to leave negative reviews but this pharmacy really is terrible. I had to go to urgent care due to an allergic reaction. I've been waiting almost two days now for this pharmacy to fill the prescription. They don't answer their phones. I even went in after waiting over 24 hours with no update. Told them I had hives all over and desperately needed them to fill my prescription because I cannot wait another day with this medical issue. They told me it would be ready in an hour. It's now almost closing time and still no prescription. Beyond frustrating.

Do NOT use this pharmacy. They are so disorganized, never have the correct refills, and are impossible to get a hold of. I've switched to Walgreens.

I just received the worst customer service at this location from a lady at the cash register and the manager before 6pm on May 11th. I wanted to exchange a defective item which CVS doesn't allow. This is not their fault but the way they both talked to me was so disrespectful and the manage even said "Don't come here if you don't like it", not in those exact words but that's what he meant. Most of the time, their empathy and respectful words can go a long way especially the customers can't get exactly why they want because of the company policies. CVS offers good price and deals but people like them make me think twice about going back. I won't go back to this location for sure. It was terrible.

OMG! Have been waiting for ever! One person in front of me. After waiting and waiting , i asked the second person who was at the pharmacy to help me but he had "other duties". sure i get that but isn't common sense to hep someone who has been waiting an unreasonable amount of time? My pick up order took only 2 mn.cvs pharmacy service stinks! going to shop for a local family pharmacy in my neighborhood. Good bye CVS

The employees here are always friendly and the store is always well stocked. Barely any line throughout the week.

My doctor called in medicine for my mom, they waited until I showed up to say they didn't get all the information. Told me I had to wait an extra 30 minutes after I already waited 15 for them just to acknowledge the fact that I was standing in front of them. It's no customer service lol. No "hi, be with you in a moment" no "how can I help you" none of that. Maybe I'm just used to a certain standard of respect and you don't get it here at all. No urgency just unbothered attitudes and nonchalant responses. The reviews were so right I hate this was the closest cvs.

Today is the second time that I've shown up during business hours and the pharmacy has been closed. As a result, I've had to travel to a different CVS pharmacy to get my prescription refilled. This is a huge convenience.

Consider a different location, otherwise you will waste your time. Pharmacist Ann was extremely rude. Long story short they never texted me as promised, when I came after an hour of waiting they were apearantly 6 minutes past their closure. Couldn't give my my antibiotics, but had the to cancel my order. I won't be going there again.

Perhaps if we, as a neighborhood, unite and stop patronizing this sad excuse for a CVS it will just go out of business so its pharmacist and staff can just stay home. Clearly they have no interest in performing their jobs or helping people on any level (yes I'm talking about you, lady pharmacist who literally refuses to be helpful or even polite).

This CVS is grossly understaffed and out of sorts. It's unfortunate since it's so close to my house, but every time I go in there, I might as well be alone. There are only two registers that are never occupied and three self-checkouts where only one is usually up and running. I feel like most people go to CVS for a couple items, but I usually spend over 15 minutes there waiting for help/struggling to use the systems. I know the employees are trying their best, but someone higher up in the company NEEDS to save this store.

I had terrible luck with the CVS pharmacy on third Street at Fairfax so I transferred my prescriptions a few blocks east to the CVS pharmacy on La Brea at the corner of third Street. Worlds apart different and far superior! Whereas the CVS next to Whole Foods is super crowded, boisterous with cranky pharmacists, cranked up customers, unintelligible phone south, long phone tree menus, waiting lines, poor service of support, and difficulty getting prescriptions in, ... You get the idea the third Street at Fairfax one is bad. But this review is about the CVS pharmacy on South La Brea at third Street. The staff was friendly and efficient. The staff there was, and transferred my information over in the computer system with efficiency. They were friendly and got my prescription done from start to finish in 15 minutes. I plan to transfer all my prescriptions here as the store was much less crowded and had much happier sales staff. It even has shady parking! So thrilled to finally find a CVS we should also deliver to me, offers quick in and out pick up and a courteous professional staff. Thank you!

I want to give a great big hug and thank you to Jenny!!!! She took care of me in an efficient and prompt professional manner. I wasn't able to get my prescription filled at my own CVS Pharmacy, so I called Jenny and her CVS Pharmacy and she quickly filled it, thank you Jenny your my CVS ANGEL!!!!
