I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for years, and I have never had such a rude technician as Anna before. I understand that most people are in a hurry, but her conduct is atrocious. She wasn't listening to anything that I was saying regarding my prescription. She then hung up on me. She definitely needs some retraining with communication and to be placed in a stock room where she doesn't have contact with patrons. I called back to get her name. She answered the line. I told her that I was going to complain about her conduct, poor customer service. She blurted her name, stated thanks for the lesson, and hung up AGAIN.

This pharmacy is the worst. There are many options out there. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

What a great experience. I went to the eagle rock CVS store. The store manager, Gunter was very very helpful and excluded such a warm and cheery presence. He made a suggestion for me that saved me, alot of money and was super quick and efficient in checking me out. And jumping to help others. I seriously haven't had such great customer service in a long time. Hmm I'd forgotten what it was like. To be treated so well and walk away with an experience that left me happy. Thank you Gunther! Thank you cvs for employing such a fabulous person to represent your brand. !

The line at the drive through is just ridiculously long. I mean, if you can't find the medication, just have the customer pull off to the side while you figure it out. Like at a fast food restaurant. I sympathize if you need more help at the pharmacy - these corporations just want to squeeze the life out of every employee and it is not fair. That is why I am even writing this review - so CVS can hire more workers and improve customer service. You can't just take our hard earned money and continue to provide inadequate service. We can go to another pharmacy. You are not the only one in the neighborhood. Do better.

The manager at this store is the rudest person ever. She is a mid age lady, wears glasses. She has the highest possession at the store and will take advantage of it, by talking rudely to the customers and not providing any help.

Wow the pharmacists here are so impatient and horrible. We're just humans calling in a prescription, no need to get angry at us. That's literally what just happened to me. And this woman muted me. Refused to listen. Who does that? What if I were like 80 years old. Is that how you would treat an elderly person? What about someone with significant mental health challenges? What a terrible experience. Shame on you.

Bad experience from pharmacy. If they called my doc asking for a renewal, they could have let me know there was a problem

CVS now are Doctor make decisions against your own doctor. I recommend that you go to Discount Drug pharmacy. They never will they treat you wrong. I have a life threatening disease and they don't care if you get prescription.#BoycottCVSpharmacy.

Total and complete morons!!! Worst customer service on the planet. Got a call prescription was ready. Went to the drive-thru only to be informed they kicked it back to my Dr. because my insurance didn't cover it. I don't care. I need the medication to live. I was told to come back in an hour and the drive-thru was now closed. Went inside and was told it would be another 20 minutes. I've been here a half hour and still nothing. These pinheads have to go!!! You're not Drs. Do not second guess patients who need medicine. Fill the prescription and move on!!! Arrrrggghhhh!!!!!'

According to the "manager" Akida dogs are not allowed in store ? " actually only dogs you can carry"-Akida. Mind you there are no signs indicating such policy. However, the new "cvs policy" bigger dogs are not allowed. The Secuirty did not indicate the following, his excuse for not allowing my dog in the store was because "the carpet was just cleaned". I have been coming with the same dog for two years and I have never had an issue. I would like to see an updated policy, thank you!

My mom and I get our prescriptionsfilled and they are always prompt and patient. We prefer the ease of drive thru. Thank you Monica Yu and staff for always being friendly when I can see how busy you are.

Came in on a Friday early afternoon. Makeup aisles weren't full restocked and had spills of opened packages on the floor. There was only one, very kind, cashier. Line was distanced, hand sanitizers were provided. Shares a parking lot with a Starbucks drive thru line that can get long and tangled when trying to back out of spots. But even exiting the parking lot was tricky in this area.
