My experience today with CVS Pharmacy was great. CVS has always been one of my favorite drug stores and with there exclusive customer service and value for our healthcare at there pharmacy it makes it that much greater to be a valued customer at CVS.\nThanks Lizette in Pharmacy.\nAshley.

Tough little Becca from the pharmacy decided to declare herself as a racist today mind you she's Asian herself. The Hispanic lady was trying to explain she needed a prescription that was given to her for her sick child. Little smart Becca was fully questioning the prescription given by the Dr. After going back and forth the lady told Becca she sounded racist, little genius Becca decided to say " I don't sound Racist! I AM RACIST!" after throwing something at the lady. All the workers and us the customers have witnessed this. I hope they do something about it. If there's any HR person keeping track of these reviews please contact me. Is a shame someone like that is working for people in need. Little Becca if you're reading this..I hope you're as tough as you sounded when you come out of that little corner you work at.

Bullsshhhttt they are never nothing sufficiently on stock and when bother the employees they make sure you knowledge that you clearly bothered them on asking for an item. And their response is oh sorry what you see on the shelves is what we have left. Yeah right especially if it's a cvs brand

Failures absolute failure as a pharmacy and as a store. Sophie who runs the Pharmacy and their staff constantly spew misinformation and are entirely unhelpful. For starters They fail to fill prescriptions over and over again. I always get the excuse "oh the pharmacist isn't in so we can't give you your prescription" how can you have a pharmacy but you cannot fill a prescription? 2pm on a Thursday? I come back in Friday "oh they're out sick today so you'll have to come back Monday since they don't work on the weekend." Terrible I'm now 4 days late on my prescription. Monday morning I call to see if they're in after a 20 minute hold they answer and say "yes we have your prescription yes Sophie is here to fill it." I do the drive I come in promptly, wait in a long line and when it is my turn the pharmacist says actually we are out of that prescription and can't fill it. We'll have to cancel this prescription and you'll need to have your doctor re-write it and send your prescription somewhere else. Now I have to get in touch with my doctor and start all over again to get medication I need. If it was just one instance I would have just let it roll off my shoulders but it's not. They have no idea what the policy is on receiving even something as simple as birth control. It says on their website they can prescribe it For a year for $40. I come in, they say oh our pharmacist isn't in even though I see this dumbfounded man in a white V neck shirt not even a lab coat filling prescriptions. I come back on Tuesday and they say it's only if you don't have insurance and we can't do it today. I called a different CVS and checked their website and they said they can fill it. So you best believe I will be staying far far away from this CVS and their unhelpful employees I'd suggest you do the same.

We aren't from the area & had just driven almost 3 hours to pick up somebody from the hospital here. My newborn had a blowout & of course we grabbed the wrong bag leaving so we had no wipes or change of clothes. We found this place & whipped in. We found no clothes but luckily wipes. The security guard (unsure of his name - he was Black, at least 6' tall, & had a thick accent.) was so helpful & pleasant. He understood & was just the nicest man possible. We came in on 7/7/21 at around 130-40 or so. Thank you so much. We did a parenting fail while in a rush out the door & you helped us save the day. I hope you have the best of days going forward sir.

So disappointed last Sunday I was planning to shop there it turns out the whole CVS was all bordered up all over the whole entire building. I am wondering when CVS will reopen there location it was a convenient location and the people was helpful there too. I gave one star , because I could not go inside to get what I need without any information why they bordered up and closed last minute. Hopefully they go back in business so I can give 5 stars . It was my favorite location to go too. It is disappointing how they closed and bordered up. I miss you guys at CVS.
