From the moment I started using this place it was insufferable. They refused to keep my medication in stock month after month, making me wait sometimes four days if it was over a weekend. I travel to my old pharmacy, now. Forget this place.

Not very efficient CVS pharmacy. They will call/ text that your prescription is ready, but it is actually incorrect or incomplete. Sometimes you arrive in person and the said prescription is not even ready yet. Incompetent staff-- pharmacists and techs alike.

Countless visit to this location and there is always a problem. Their first option is always to turn the customer away. Customer service is horrible at this location. Be mindful because they’ll put your prescriptions on auto fill and refused to take them off preventing you from getting them filled elsewhere.

I can't believe all the KARENS leaving 1 stars... If they don't get what they want within 20 minutes they go home and leave a one-star review containing multiple paragraphs like anyone cares... I always come to this CVS even though there's another location right across the street from me... They serve a large community so I'm not really bothered by the occasional longer wait time... Every once in awhile they don't have my medication in stock so I'll either wait a few days until they get it or I'll just transfer it to a different CVS, no biggie... Staff is friendly enough and nobody ever hassles me about bringing my scooter inside...

Third location I visited this day, the other two had a lot of empty shelves more specifically the items I was looking for. I decided to try one more store. This store was well stocked AND staffed! This is the first time I have seen three cashiers at one time so that long line went fast as if it never existed. I had forgotten one item and didn't mind going back in to purchase it because I knew it wouldn't be a hassle.

Today I went into this CVS to purchase Tylenol and pick up my pictures I ordered. When it was my turn, Ana Medina helped me. She rang me up and asked if I wanted to use my "care cents"?. I didn't know what it was because no one had never asked me that. It totaled up to be $7.34. I said yes and really appreciated Ana for asking me because it saved me money. Thank you so much Ana. Keep up the good work.

I am posting this review hoping it will prevent the same thing happen to onother person I have been using this pharmacy for a while and altough they are not too friendly I get my medication from there but this past week they did something completely unacceptable and yet very dangerous they put my life at risk on friday October 1st I got a call from my doctor telling me that I had tested positive for the H Pilory bacteria but unfortunately it was at very advance stage so we had to treat it aggressive and that he had already sent CVS the prescriptions so to go get them and start the treatment at once wich I did however my symptoms did not improve much so yesterday talking to my doctor he realized that CVS did not give the complete list of medications they omitted the most important of the antibiotics so I went to CVS and much to my dismay the chief pharmacist acted like whatever she said well you did not take it because you did not want to it's been sitting here in the shelf for 7 days I could not believe my ears I told her that my treatment may not work because of their mistake and her reply was well sir what can I tell you do want it ir not and I could see the staff smiling and giggling no wonder they don't care if they put people's life in danger they follow the bosses example now my liver is reacting in a bad way please who ever reads this don't trust that pharmacy always double check the list of your meds because in my case the consequences of their stupid and careless mistake could end up putting my life in jeopardy and I really want to denounce the attitude of the chief pharmaceutical leader such careless and disregard and disrespectful attitude towards a human life they put my life in danger because of their stupid and careless mistake.....

A tidbit others should know re booster shots for the covid-19 vaccine. I had a very difficult time getting my first two shots earlier this year. Some pharmacies did not have the vaccine yet, but on the computer it did not mention this. I finally got the Pfizer two dose from a clinic not in the area. But for the booster, I learned that pharmacies did not have but one vaccine. The two closest to me did not have Pfizer. I had gone to one trying to get my flu shot and the booster. I got the flu shot at a different location, but they did not have my Pfizer vaccine. I was told the one on Venice had it. I scheduled on my iPhone but assumed the nearest on Venice (and Western) was the address. Wrong. I sat for over 30 minutes only to learn I was at the wrong store. That one also did not have Pfizer. I then drove to this location which was the one I had confirmed with. I arrived on time. My disappointment was the 6ft. distancing issue. Too many people with papers in their hands (walk-ins) had crowded the area standing and sitting. Normally businesses mark chairs that should remain not used. Long story short, folks standing and sitting too close and I did not see the 6 ft markings on the floor. I refused to go to the area choosing to let others go ahead of me pushing my appointment back by an hour. They have to do better. Folks in that area were waiting for the vaccine and/or the flu shot, so the 6 ft rule should have been at the forefront of their facility. I get my flu shot every year on time. I never had a sore arm. I got the flu shot on Wednesday at one location and the booster on Thursday at this location. Now I have two sore arms. Really sore. First time ever. I only have 500 mg of Naproxen, not Tylenol, so I hope I can get some sleep rolling over on two sore arms. Too late to go out for Tylenol. We live and learn. I want the full benefit of the booster, so I'm not taking any pain pills. CVS has a great Pain-Relieving Patch (60 in a box), but I am hesitant to even use it. I really want the full benefit of the booster getting more bang for my buck. The employees were very nice, but I got the virus last year sitting next to someone typing my info in a computer at a clinic, and now with all the variants, I wear 2 or 3 masks and keep my distance from others. I am a long-hauler so distancing is important.

The staff and manager Steve are the nicest real people. A breath of fresh air in a city of miserable ppl . Lost my glasses here and they all pitched in looking and really went out of their way to help me . Shocked I haven't had such good service ever in LA & certainly not in a Cvs .

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in the area. Orders are never completed on time. Staff moves at a glacial pace. Stay away if you can.

I was picking up my prescription yesterday, 5/22, around 9am and had such a discouraging experience. First of all, I live right across the street from this CVS and visit very frequently. You could call my husband and I regulars. As I was waiting in line at the pharmacy, the CVS manager was having a conversation at the other end of the pharmacy with one of the techs, quite loudly, talking about how short staffed he was. He then went on to talk about how the people applying for jobs "don't really want jobs" - how people would rather be on government assistance rather than come work at CVS. I find this attitude in a manager problematic and as a mental health professional, i think the reason people arent staying committed to the hiring process says more about the hiring manager than the people applying. I was extremely bothered by this conversation taking place in front of customers (and if i could hear him, a lot of other people could hear him) because im guessing "those who dont want jobs" (unemployed people) still need to come in and receive medication and essential needs. On another note, the pharmacy staff deserves five stars. I've never had an issue with them and they have always been kind and polite. Also, Jerome, our favorite cashier, deserves 10 stars. He is the highlight of all our night time visits. Theres a lot of wonderful things about this CVS, but i encourage corporate to look into this manager and give him some training on professionalism and cultural sensitivity. His classist attitude isnt serving the population of our neighborhood.

I stopped by this drug store this morning. Only their customers were allowed to park in the lot. The guard welcomed me with courtesy. The region was well-lit and well-air-conditioned. I had a good time with the pharmacist. Thank you so much!

This pharmacy has always called to me, and they have the most experienced pharmacist who prescribed the right medication for my headache. Thank you so much for thinking about me and letting me stay with you.
