UPDATE 12/19: spoke on the phone with Evelyn who corrected the situation and apologized for the employees from last night. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Went to buy cold medicine, the store would not honor the online price in-store. It was only 80c difference, not sure why they couldn't just mark ti down and honor their own advertising. They directed me to order with the app for pickup, but then once I had placed the order they said it was not yet in the system and they could not give me the item I paid for, even though I showed them the receipt. Huh? Now I've paid for the item and they won't give it to me. They accused me of stealing and told me never to come back, even though I clearly paid for the item. This is nuts. Does it make sense to not honor your own advertised price and then when I try to use your app to place a legitimate order your employees act snarky and won't just release the item after seeing the receipt? Make it make sense! Honor your advertised prices, empower your employees to do basic transactions, fix your app, and don't accuse people of stealing after they pay for your overpriced items. Also the selection is weak. Goodnight.

Hispanic cashier was super friendly with the white customers ahead of me then acts super rude with me for no reason of course. Gave two stars as I like the store otherwise.

Customer service is friendly. I came in 08/21 and the young white guy with glasses helped me find what I needed. Cashier was also friendly. Check out was quick and there were enough cashiers for the amount of customers.

Rudest female employee would not let a girl that needed the restroom badly use it. Saying not for the public but the restroom was in obvious public view. Paying customer and all, very upsetting. Learn some common decency and customer service.

Arrived here at 9:30-store closes at 10. I come here at least twice a week so I know that is accurate. The security guard had already locked the door and was refusing to let anyone in.I had placed a pick up order several hours ago for same day pick up. I never received a notification so I waited until 9:30 to pick up. I specifically waited until then so it would give plenty of time and also not be too close to closing. So frustrated.

This CVS has really improved since the last time I went in there. I never wanted to go back after my last experience there, but I had no choice. I had a terrible cold and needed something to stop me from coughing before a concert near there (not Covid--lung damage). So, in I went. The security guard was the first person I saw and asked him where the cough medicine was. He was super helpful. I found what I wanted and got in line. The line was not long and this time the staff was really nice. I am so glad that last person is either gone or not there. I was coughing and said to any one near me, that I don't have Covid just a cold. They were all very nice and took care of me fast.I was very appreciative and now I will go back.

No issues with this CVS other than the homeless problem around it, but that's not their fault. Just wanted to give a shout-out to the pharmacy staff for handling some disgruntled patients with the utmost grace today. Jessica and Chelsea, kudos to you for dealing with two angry old men with much more patience than I would've had. Heads up - it's not the pharmacy's fault if they're out of a medication and need to order it for you so maybe just be a nice human.

I went there to get my passport photo and end up by nothing. They don't take any photo anymore. I just waste 20 minutes for nothing!!!

This location was alright. I only stopped in because I was on the quest for a certain ice cream that wasn't expired over 3 months (don't ask.) I found this to be a smaller store, but the people I interacted with (security and cashier) were pleasant. And no, they didn't have the ice cream I was desperate for. Pull into the garage off of Argyle, it's 20 minutes free parking . MAKE SURE YOU PUT YOUR VALIDATION IN FIRST, it even says so on the ticket but I'm yelling it here just to make sure. And no, I didn't mess it up but that is certainly something I would do.
