As of today I got to admit this was the worst experience I’ve had! I came in because I needed some medicine for a family member and get this, they closed the store at 10:45 when I’m reality their ours are set to 11 pm! The security guard was the one who was making a big deal out of this and when I asked to speak to the floor manager he refused, he refused to give a name and refused to even speak, now what kind of business doesn’t follow their own store ours or policies. I did not get his name due to him refusing everything. The security guard with glasses should be coach to abide by store policies, it was 10:45 and as soon as he saw me getting out my car he quickly went to the automatic doors and shut it in my face. I will be going to the store and ask for management since I know that each franchise should follow stores hours. I would love for cvs to get back to me via email, to keep following this up. It is not right for any employee to shut a door in someone’s face, let alone refuse service when the store is still open.

There are empty spots on the shelves where something I was looking for should have been. Noticed several other items where there was no inventory. Staff are helpful.

Pharmacy staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Ask for Evelyn she's very respectful and knows what she is doing. Wouldn't be surprised if she's running the place in the future.

Pharmacy is the worst. They always give me a hard time with my prescriptions and they're extremely rude. The ladies at the pharmacy have a horrible attitude.

So I bought a gift card at this store. When I scratched the back there was only 9 digits and not 13. I went back and the manager Jorge said this is a new card and I'd have to speak with customer service because the gift cards are a different entity. He opened one a scratched one and that one had 9 digits as well. I called customer service and now under "expedited" status I'm expecting a call in 5 to 7 days. I know CVS is under fire for gift card issues but I didn't think it'd happen to me. Please stay away from buying gift card and in fact please just stay away from this store as I don't feel they helped me

I buy a lot of scratchers.. and every time I come here all the workers are always giving it 100% / Everyone looks like they have that store handled very well and i just want to say thanks. you guys are awesome keep it up!

Never have I ever in my almost 40 years of life been to a CVS and the worker is just chilling on his phone instead of helping customers in line until today with this guy, I mean kicked back leaning against the counter and everything. The girl on duty was nice and helpful tho, which is the only reason why I gave 2 stars. Had my interaction been with just her I would’ve left 5 stars. Im sure even though I am leaving this complaint nothing will probably happen.

The lady the puts the vaccines does not know how to put it on!!! My arm has been hurting 4 weeks already after I got the flu shot! This has never happen before!!! My first time coming here and last time!

I don't usually give a one start to anyplace,it has to be because I received a bad service. I will give CVS pharmacy 0 starts (the one located at the corner of CESAR CHAVEZ AVE. and ROWAN......in East LA) because I wanted to buy a giftcard for my best friend birthday, but I was denied to do that. According to CVS pharmacy policy....I was a scammer.....because my phone number was registered under another name. Let me emphasize that phone numbers here in the USA are recycled.....and that I usually buy giftcards to give to my friends and relatives as birthday presents....YOU must train your workers in order to give a better service and a better shopping experience......You lost a LOYAL and FORMER CUSTOMER........
