Why is half the store locked up when there is rarely anyone to help open the damn locks? What is even the point??

I walked in, saw everything was locked up, walked right out. Might as well close up shop and give up. I’m not going to flag down an associate to buy stuff located across multiple sections. I give this place a few months before it closes.
I live nearby, I know to never return.

I've been here to get things for years and last night I parked to get some dessert and came back to see my car gone. They told me it got towed. There were signs near the entrance but not in the lot . I ended up having to UBER to a sketchy place near skid row with a tow driver who wanted $350 in cash otherwise he threatened I would have to pay $370 by credit card. The whole thing was a racket. DON'T PARK THERE AND I AM BOYCOTTING CVS. NO MONEY GOES TO UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESS PRACTICES. It was very devious. Those no parking or you'll get towed signs should have been in the lot itself. This tow guy was making bank. People were there late into the night paying him to get their cars back. They robbed me blind and the UBER passenger said it happened to her too.

I’ve had repeated negative experiences at the prescription counter of this CVS location, specifically involving a staff member named Miguel. Despite the CVS app clearly showing the pickup code for a smooth and quick transaction, Miguel often chooses to delay or complicate the process unnecessarily. His behavior feels deliberately unhelpful, as if he’s looking for excuses to create trouble.
Miguel’s attitude is consistently rude and dismissive, and unfortunately, it gives the impression of discriminatory intent. Patients picking up essential medications should not have to deal with stress or disrespect—yet this seems to be a regular issue at this pharmacy.
CVS should take this type of issues seriously and ensure that all employees, including Miguel, receive proper training on customer service and professional conduct. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of who they are.

I’ve had multiple negative experiences at the prescription counter of this CVS location. One particular staff member—easily identified by his beard and unpleasant, intimidating demeanor—has repeatedly caused unnecessary delays and confusion, even when the CVS app clearly displays the pickup code for a quick scan. It feels intentional, as if he is looking for excuses to be unhelpful.
This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also feels discriminatory at times. Pharmacy customers—especially those dealing with health issues—deserve respect, efficiency, and compassion. Unfortunately, this location consistently fails to meet that standard.
CVS should take immediate steps to train their staff on proper customer service and anti-discrimination practices. No one should have to deal with this kind of treatment when simply picking up necessary medication.

THIS PHARMACY IS TERRIBLE. The pharmacist was in such a rush to get out right at 6 that she gave me the wrong instructions for my medication. Don’t work in any sort of medical field if you actually don’t want to do your job.

This CVS Location has a lots of problem. Staffs are so rude in general, unfit for their position.
I wish there are more staffs, and be more nice to customers.

Store carpet so dirty strong odor and so many stains. It’s not like it used to be before. Very disappointed .
