I can't call without hearing an abundance of advertisements. It takes too long to reach the Pharmacy! Corporate needs to change the calling process. Staff is great but getting ahold of the Pharmacy is absurd!

I've been going to this pharmacy for years because I had no other options but this is the last straw. Fuck this place. They truly don't care. The employees are combative, unhelpful and do not make the process any easier. This location is miserable and should be closed down. They'll deny loaner medications when my dr hasn't responded, and issue the wrong medication and argue about it. Go anywhere else.

Pharmacy isn't particularly competent. Lost my prescriptions and instead of explaining to me what to do, what are the next steps, when will they be located, the woman in the lab coat whispers to just call up the next customer. I understand there is a line to attend to, but please don't lose my prescriptions, and then dismiss me without any information on what they plan to do, or what I should do. Creating confusion for nothing.

If you are planning on calling the store or the pharmacy - get ready for a LONG wait time and after waiting be prepared because some of the time they hang up on you after you have been waiting. Forget about speaking to the front customer service or store manager because they do not pick up the phone no matter how long you ring it. It would seem like they would have more hands on deck knowing how busy this store is and how much profit it makes. CVS should cough up some more money to fund more employees for this store to answer the phones because they are losing a tremendous amount of business from inquiries of potential buyers. As for the pharmacy, they do work really hard in the pharmacy and it is like a well-oiled machine when it comes to filling your prescriptions. As for the DEALS in the store - they cannot be beat.

I feel sad for this store. I visited this morning and as soon as I walked in, I saw a man wearing a ski mask filling up his backpack with medicines, down that aisle. Then he kept going filling his pockets as I'm trying to find the tanning spray, I'm watching him from side eye. Then I notice 2 young girls, maybe high school, not sure why they were not in school.... These girls were hanging out in the make up aisle. Sure enough when I was driving out of parking lot I saw the 2 young girls running out of the store and dropping a thing of gorilla snot hair gel from their pockets. They were in there stealing. This is very sad to see for the store and the community. Do you guys not have any security? I felt bad for the 3 ladies working up front. I would not feel safe working there. Please get security.

The pharmacy process is supposed to be simple and straightforward. I called ahead of time to confirm when my prescription would be ready and they said to give them an hour. I give them an hour and a half. I show up and they have not started filling my prescriptions at all. That kind of thing is just ridiculous and it's not like I have a lot of options. They need to get their act together and fulfill prescriptions on the timeline they give customers. I shouldn't have to call multiple times or arrive and then ask for my order to get started when I was expecting it to be done.

Went to pick up medication and am told to wait for 10min. After 15min, I recognized nobody cares for me. I asked again about medication, and the staff told me they don't have the medication. What is going on here?

This location is unlike any other. Within the last few months , I've witnessed the pharmacist gives out a big "sigh" if a customer asks a question, they treat customers like they are doing them a favor and they have said out loud, "You need to wait, I'm overwhelmed right now" to customers waiting for a vaccine. Today, 11/09/23, at 7pm, I went to pick up a prescription and as I waited to be helped, the pharmacist on duty didn't bother to look up when 2 customers who had a question. The pharmacist Just waived to go wait in the pick up area, when they had a question. A female pharmacy tech asked a male pharmacy tech (he didn't have a name tag, but the short, middle aged guy with white hair, lack of smile, with a huge attitude is hard to miss) to help clear the line. He got to the register and stood there. He didn't greet the customer and when the customer walked up to his register, the employee rolled his eyes and said: NAME. This CVS location has a diverse customer base and it's rare if the employe is kind. The Pharmacist are rude, 70% of the pharmacy employees are rude and the lines to pick medication are always unnecessarily long! Avoid this location and try a different CVS pharmacy. Ive tried the one on 3rd and Fairfax AND Vine St (in Hollywood) and the experience was completely different! Save your blood pressure from rising and go elsewhere.

My grandma came into the store yesterday to get cleaning supplies and a folding chair. My grandma went into the store and found the chair she was looking for. It was at a discounted price so she wanted to see how much it cost. She went up to a worker. This worker was a lady and her name is Visitacion Gonong. My grandma speaks a bit of English and speaks Spanish the rest of the time. My grandma went up to this worker and asked in English how much the chair was. This worker was crouching fixing stuff on a bottom shelf and she got up to respond to my grandma. The worker responded with: "This is an English speaking country. Speak English. English only. " My grandma was confused as to why this worker was screaming at her face. She kept on repeating those words to her. My grandma then asked for her name and this worker responded with grabbing her name tag and shoving it towards my grandma's face. My grandma felt like she wanted to cry because why was this worker acting this way towards her. All she wanted was a price for the folding chair. My grandma then left over to registers and asked a worker if she could bring her manager up front. The lady at the register then said: "I'm sorry but I can't leave my register" When this lady said these words my grandma saw the worker who had done this injustice to her go talk to a manager. Which I'm assuming are the workers in blue shirts. She started talking to this lady in a blue shirt and her name is Lashawn Ball and with their security guard his name is Paul. They were talking about my grandma's language and her tongue. Mocking and laughing at her. My grandma asked the lady at the register where her manager was and she responded with he'll be back in 30 minutes he's on break. My grandma said okay I'll wait. Manager comes in and she starts talking to him which is Angel Gutierrez and with Operations Manager Riswin Mendez. My grandma was pointing at the people who were laughing at her and all the manager said was that he would talk to them. That was all. Then the lady in a blue shirt came up to them and started laughing saying: "Why are you pointing at me?"(Lashawn) And she walked off. I just saw someone else's comment about this happening to a young boy as well. All I can say is that I hope justice is served and it's crazy to see how racism is still real to this day. Extremely embarrassing for these workers and people who work there and I hope they see this review and think about how poor humans they are and how much they need God. I'm still waiting for the store manager to get back to me but these people don't deserve to work here. Embarrassing.

So after coming here many times, I've concluded that the service here is very poor. You can request help but most will ignore you or play groski, even the buttons that say help in this department will be ignored. Also if you walk in with your regular clothes you will be followed. They won't confront you but you will be able to tell.

I’m a frequent shopper at this CVS and have always had good experiences. Normally I don’t leave bad reviews but for this particular experience, I felt it was necessary. I was shopping per usual when I overheard these young gentlemen asking an employee for help in Spanish. The employee had an annoyed look on her face and began to tell them “why don’t you speak English. It’s the United States, you need to speak English”. I couldn’t believe that those words came out her mouth. she simply could’ve called a Spanish speaking coworker or helped to the best of her ability but there was no reason to degrade the gentlemen for not speaking English.

I've never have a problem with the actual store in this location. They usually keep it well stocked and today I got AMAZING customer service over the phone from this location! (Wish I caught gentleman's name! He actually checked and confirmed they had specific item in stock before I ordered it via Uber. He had to put me on hold to check because I didn't have item# and gave me details very promptly over the phone!) Excellent staff! Unfortunately I don't have many good experiences in the actual pharmacy department at this location, but the rest of the store meets expectations everytime! ??????

Never had a decent (Should I even say average? Normal?) Service here. Some employees don't know how to solve some simple issue which what they told to customers. Insurance ID card was kept on delaying but I had to get the medication that was prescribed by ER was very important and needed at that exact moment. This person provided information about paying out of pocket first and get the reimbursement after rebilling once I provide those pharmacy NEEDED Info which I did after talking to those Healthnet agent. Went back there to get the difference that was promised at the first time (With few times of phone calls before going back!)This male pharmacist name Kevin was kept on telling me that I had to go through some more process with Healthnet again by contacting them to get the difference back. He kept on saying those are what it supposed to be done. BUT That wasn't what I was told. It was rather simple act for that kind of situation. Upon contacting Healthnet, I didn't have to do anything! I found a very first person who helped me with that (simple) resolution. She was able to assist me over the phone. It was rather quick and easy! I don't understand a big chain pharmacy like CVS tells so many different information from each individuals even if those are WRONG and not so helpful and useful. Npt trying to help out or see things from customer's point of view. No customer service mindset, Don't ever seeing them trying tonsolve the issue. Where is the ciritical thinking skills? Huh? Don't know how they even studied for that Healthcare field job with that kind of attitude. As a RN to myself at a local Doctor's office, NOT recommending this specific CVS pharmacy for anything but less than average customer/patient service.Rather go to Ralph's or Rite Aid nearby. This CVS, ITS JUST AWFUL. UNORGINIZED. NOT EVEM PROFESIONAL! Only ONE staff (Jasmine C.) had legit training over there. Period.
