I have come here once a week for the last few years. Most of the employees are friendly except for the old lady with glasses who works the floor stocking and changing prices. I believe her name is Mary. Whenever I encounter her, she is always rude and not helpful. She has a terrible attitude, and you can tell she hates working here.

There is never a staff to ask anything. You have to go to the check out hoping to see a staff only to see them busy and ends up spending 30 minutes walking around frustrated to look for what you need.

My mother was just discharged from the hospital with congestive heart failure, pneumonia and atrial fibrillation. They sent her prescription to this CVS. The pharmacist deliberately withheld medication, my mother's next dose was in an hour. She refused to fill the prescription. At first she said the hospital did not send the prescription. Sildenafil for congestive heart failure, she said was not approved by the FDA. A simple Google search proved otherwise. We asked for Lanoxin or Digoxin (which sildenafil is a substitute for), she had no knowledge of these drugs or that it is used to treat CHF. This is life saving medication for my mother. She then said it was not covered by insurance. CHF medication is covered by insurance. We had our discharge papers from the hospital with the list of medications and her doctor sent the prescriptions directly to them. We needed to give the next dose soon so we paid. To which she asked if we had any money. This is malicious. I pray she gains knowledge of the products she dispenses, kindness to treat customers with the respect they deserve and awareness of how her words and actions affect people.

Go to a different pharmacy. I moved about 2 months ago and I had to switch to this cvs. I have been trying to get my medication for 4 days and have not been ok because of it. They are extremely rude when I ask if they can check another CVS, they do not care that you're not doing ok because of it / get annoyed that you ask questions. This is not the first time this happens either they are always non empathetic and make the process harder than it needs to be. Ask for a different pharmacy if you can because this location just causes more stress and chances to miss your medication.

Beware of a young female pharmacist whose ineptness and malice can cause you danger. She witheld a prescribed drug from the hospital for Congestive Heart Failure. She is malicious. She did not dispense the Viagra (sildenafil) that was indicated for the CHF of my mother-in-law . Questioned , she came up with excuses that revealed how inept she as i am a Pharmacist. In the end she even charged us 25$ for the drug that was covered for the indication. Bad actors in this place.

It's such a bummer these pharmacists are so bad. This place could be so convenient with the drive-thru and convenient location. Not only do they NEVER offer consultation (and I mean never. I've been coming here for years), they often put prescriptions back if you don't pick up immediately and don't tell you if something needs to be refrigerated or there are special instructions. Once I waited a half an hour in the drive-thru line for 2 prescriptions and when I got home realized they had only given me 1. I went back and asked about it and the pharmacist insisted there was only 1, but then after looking said "oh. there are two accounts for your daughter." and then acted like she was doing me a huge favor by consolidating the 2 accounts someone at CVS created for a baby with one birthday and one name. LOL. This place is a JOKE. I wish I had gone elsewhere sooner.

I had such a good experience at this CVS today. I went in to pick up a photo order. There was a pretty long line, but the two employees at the counter did an amazing job of helping customers quickly - and with friendly attitudes. Thank you!

Good service and is good for quick and convenient shopping for daily needs that are necessary for grooming and bathing. A place in the neighborhood for neighbors to pick up medical prescriptions on the way home.

Horrible pharmacy customer service. The female physician anahit was rude on the phone and even ruder in person. Even to laugh at me when I had a simple question. Her responses were short cold and disrespectful. Go to this pharmacy if you like bad customer service!
