Worst CVS I've ever been in no costumer service what so ever the self check outs constantly get stuck and terribly understaffed never coming into this place if it calls itself a pharmacy

Slowest service I’ve ever received at any CVS. They also do not keep the pharmacy area clean. They couldn’t check my insurance at pick up so after waiting 25-30 minutes in line, they send me to the drop off line, checked my insurance said I should be able to pick up now and they send me to get in line again instead of sending me directly to the pick up line register. Had to wait another 20 minutes just to pick up my medicine. So almost 40 minutes of waiting in line for one medication. They should really look into who they hire here because it’s crazy that every single person working here is as slow as a turtle.

Very rude employee and bad service. Avoid this location. The pharmacy is worst in LA, Mr Lee hates the Latinos, The service is The worst, they want to charge you for all the Medinah and they serve you as if they were doing you a favor. The worst of all is El Lee.
