Great experience here at my local CVS! Jesus saved me a small fortune by showing me how to use the coupon machine! He was super helpful and extremely kind!
The location of this branch isn’t for the weak, so the fact that he went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed speaks volumes! I wish every experience was like this one! Great job Jesus!

It was a very good experience. First there was some confusion about my previous discount points. It took a little time but as soon as manager was asked to help with the situation it was very quickly sorted and all straightened out. Explained to me very clearly and calmly. I am happy to recommend CSV pharmacy to all my friends or really for anyone

I think I will completely stop going to any CVS. They seem to hire, the rudest and disrespectful people. Particularly this place is one of the worst in the area.

This cvs has a no discrimination policy but only allows the employees to use one of the bathroom wow I believe that’s discrimination and as a bus driver who tried to use theirs while I was at work and got denied while their was a working toilet I’m appalled if your going to discriminate you can at least take the fake policy down what a joke to the public this is!

Everytime I go to this location the homeless harass me for money... this is becoming reoccurring and nothing is being done about this..if you don't want to get harassed by homeless people for money and you don't want to witness them shop lifting right in front of staff and cameras,I highly advise to avoid this CVS... pretty ghetto and pretty gross(Worst CVS in Downtown)?

The pharmacist is super rude. She has gotten my Rx wrong more than once and today she was super rude to me when I attempted to pick up my Rx. Their phone says they’re open until 8, turns out it’s 6pm. When I explained that to her (at 6:15pm) and asked could I still get my pills. She said “NOPE, it’s officially 6”. Will be getting my Rx filled elsewhere in the future.
