The pharmacy personnel is inadequate. CVS as a whole, The Minute clinic and anyone involved in ‘Costumer Care’ suck. They don’t really value efficiency or accuracy. COVID mis management. They were handing out expired COVID tests.

Easy to get my medication. I have medi-cal. Only annoyance is I have to renew with my doctor every two months to get a medication I need for the rest of my life...

I don't support CVS as a business anymore because of this store location and it's employees Justin and Erasmo. I used to be in the 1% of savers with cvs. Meaning I spend a bit of money at cvs.. honestly ask anyone that knows me I was a little obsessed with cvs sales coupons etc it WAS literally my favorite store. Anyways, I went in with my friend we were doing our shopping and I noticed Erasmo standing in the isle pointed at us and just standing there, I didn't really think anything of it until I saw employees surrounding my friend literally shouting about how she stole something and blatantly misgendering her calling her sir using he pronouns when it is clear as day she is female. My friend was showing Justin, the one shouting, inside her purse, he continued to accuse her of stealing she showed him inside the bag again. She then went and retrieved the item in question from the location she left it. He continued to yell asking her where the item was that she stole. She was about to show him her purse a third time when I asked what was going on. Justin told me that my friend was suspicious and that he thought she was stealing, I asked him what his name was he told me not to worry about it. I'm definitely worried about multiple men cornering my friend in the isle aggressively misgendering her and accusing her of stealing all while making a huge scene and getting louder each time she showed inside her purse. What's really going on here? I believe this was a transphobic experience and I made a formal complaint with no response. Me and my friends are boycotting CVS for life if necessary I even have an annual care pass, I'll let my promos and extra bucks expire. I'll only return to shopping there when me and my friend get a formal apology from cvs, Justin, and Erasmo. For now, since there's no response I'm assuming CVS as a whole supports employees who practice transphobia and allows employees to publicly humiliate customers in the store. Oh and btw the first thing my friend did when coming into the store was turn her bag into the cashier because I had given her a large bag of items she left at my apartment, she was already at the counter and security was yelling at her about her bag saying she couldn't have it in the store. Well first of all.. why not? It was a purse. And second of all she was already asking the cashier to hold it for her because it had her laptop in it. There was a lot of yelling at my friend for just existing that day by cvs and I'm very not ok with it and think people should know.

marissa and maxwell are horrible pharmacy techs. i wasn't able to get my medication at walgreens so they had to call to have it sent over to them. maxwell said he would call me back to let me know what time i could pick up. 50 min later go by i call and marissa let's me know that he called and they didn't pick up, but i had previously called walgreens to ask if they had sent it over and they said they hadn't received a phone call. marissa then said they would call them later and if i'd like to go to another cvs location i should. don't go here. you're wasting your time.

i would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone . really bad customer service. they said my prescription was on hold and they didn't know why . after i had received a call that it was ready two weeks prior. asked them maybe because they did not have my insurance information and that was the reason. they had me stand in a different line and they could not run my insurance. finally after them trying for 10 minutes, mind you this is the third person trying it finally was cleared. i went for 2 prescriptions, i told the person at the counter he said yes he saw in the system that i had 2. he said wait 10 minutes it will be ready. finally after 20 minutes i asked if it was ready he replied oh yes it had been sitting on the counter and no one cared to call me. i was sitting on chair waiting where they can see me waiting. after all that they only prepared 1 prescription and not the other when i was paying i asked where is the other he said oh i got distracted and they only prepared one. wait 10 minutes for them to fill. once again i sat down another 20 minutes went by and again no one called me until i got up to ask once again it was ready and on counter no communication at all. worst experience ever! what should have taken 10 minutes took an hour! never coming back will have my doctor transfer my prescription else where.

I was at this location for my COVID-19 vaccine. The employees were organized, and the team was pleasant and helpful. One tip if you're sensitive to the sun, bring an umbrella.

I never bother writing reviews, but I found this one necessary. It seems that "having a bad attitude" is a requirement to work at this pharmacy. This has been by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. These women either need a day off or need to go look for a new job somewhere else. Their job is assist those that walk in the pharmacy not make it a miserable experience to get something so simple as a prescription.

I had travel plans paid for and planned for Maui. In accordance to the requirements for entry to Hawaii, I selected one of their trusted partners. My flight was on a Wednesday, so I figured an at home test would be cutting it too close for travel. I opted to pay more money to ensure I had my results in time for my flight. I booked my test 71 hours before my flight (72 hour max) and I still have yet to receive it. I'm going to have to forfeit my travel plans and the money I invested in the PCR test no thanks to Minute Clinic and CVS. Don't tell customers that you will likely get results to them in 1-2 days. There's no covid surge happening and honestly no reason why the results should take this long. I'll be sure to reach out to customer service demanding a refund. You've ruined my vacation and stolen thousands of dollars from me. Hope you're satisfied. You've lost a customer in me for life.

This is a real rough place to get the vaccine, it took 2 hours with an appointment and the woman at the door was repeatedly rude to everyone waiting in the line- and also didn't manage to keep people six feet apart. If you're not gonna be effective, you could at least be nice.
