Poor customer service in the front and pharmacy team just stares on long line pretending to be busy . I do see enough employees behind the counter doing everything except helping customers

My family got flu shots here and it was very easy. We also bought candy to pass out to kids on Halloween.

Mini gift with an over the counter CVS purchase, I was buying Dayquil but CVS version it was nice to get gifted.

I had displeasure of observing a disgusting exchange between a pharmacy staff member. The patron had questions and it was clear the staff member did not have the temperament to provide client facing services. The staff member was rude and began communicating aggressively with the patron. The patron stated calmly multiple times “ you don’t have to be disrespectful and rude about it” at which point the staff member became more disrespectful and walked away from the patron and could be heard making comments. When the patron asked to speak with the manager, the pharmacy staff member hovered around and made antagonizing comments and at some point went to the back where i could here her loudly talking about it with her peers. If you are going to hire non minorities to service primary minority communities, cultural competency is something that should be considered and mandated. A long line of black consumers had to watch a staff member who is working with their medications blatantly disrespect a patron! I am so happy they were out of my script and it was sent to another pharmacy. This location is 2-3 minutes away from my home but i will gladly drive 15 minutes to a separate location to work with competent and compassionate staff. It’s so interesting i never observe these type of interactions at CVS’s Manhattan Beach locations!

Kennedy the pharmacist went above and beyond to help me, she was unfailingly polite and friendly and efficient and caught a medication that the doctor had prescribed even though I told him I'm allergic! A+ experience I'm glad I came here

The pharmacy is always short staffed and never answers the phone. If there are 4 people in line to be rang up you’ll stand in line for 30 mins. They need more staff

Worst customer service experience. Lost my photos in 7 days . I have email confirmation and voice mails that they’re ready and at this location but can’t find them . No one even develops pictures anymore how hard is it .

cashier Dwaynier couldn’t help with restroom, he said “I don’t know where’s restroom key and there are people waiting in the line”, so I just had to walk to seafood place near by and come back for purchases. Very disappointed!

I love this store and I love the cashiers. There’s never been a problem with the pharmacy. And the store is well stocked and clean.
