AVOID IF YOU CAN. Everything is locked up. If you want any normal item you have to call an employee and wait 5 minutes for them to come unlock it. It’s unacceptable. Instead of having security at the door to make sure people don’t shoplift they have decided to absolutely ruin the customer experience and make it hell. You will come in wanting to get 2 things in 5 minutes and leave with a headache after 30 minutes. I sent management an email about it 2 months ago and they replied but did nothing. Unacceptable customer experience.

I had a very good experience shopping at the CVS store at 10889 Wellworth Avenue in Los Angeles recently. One of their store associates greeted me & inquired if I needed some assistance to locate the items I wanted? I took her up on her assistance. She was very knowledgeable and capable!
Please give her a raise & or promotion 😀😃🙂

This place has gotten very bad. The technician doesn't understand birthdate.. The pharmacist got defensive when her staff is rude and the customer service is Failing. Hire good people.

Freddy at the CVS Wellworth store in Westwood is a very friendly and caring employee. He takes calls on the phone and in the store is always very helpful and nice to me and everyone else that I hear him communicate with.

Rude staff and long wait for anything in the pharmacy whether it's pick up, drop off or consultation.

This is more for CVS broadly but absolute garbage medical professionals work at CVS. Charged $120 for an 8 minute meeting where she didn't saying anything for 5 minutes and was just googling CDC recommendations, told me the medications would maybe cost around $50, and then when I picked up my drugs they told me then and there that they cost $120. Truly and deeply, if you are a healthcare professional at CVS, know that you are the scum of the earth <3

Not only people have no customer service training, but they are rude as well! My last experience with them, I called 5 times to talk to a pharmacy staff. Each time I waited about 5 minutes for somebody to answer the phone. Three times a person took the phone and put it on their counter. I kept saying hello but there was no answer. I guess this is their new way of telling the general manager they answered the call.
I am very frustrated and disappointed with this service, or I should say lack of service. Couple of years ago it service so good that I switched from Walgreens to here, but now we get such a bad service. It's a pity that they have an excellent location with steady customers and yet, they try to turn them away from CVS. I will look for another pharmacy to go to.

Absolutely TERRIBLE pharmacy. Now you are unable to even call and speak to a pharmacy technician on the telephone to confirm that your medication has been ordered. As soon as I pick up my medicine today, I am changing pharmacies. This CVS location has time and time again been terrible in dealing with customers, from the extremely rude pharmacy technicians who do not care whether you live or die, to the incompetent nature of their ordering systems, to falsely telling you that your medication is ready, getting your hopes up because you've been waiting for multiple weeks—this has been the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used.I have four different medications that I take on a regular basis, and let me tell you, two out of those four are regularly out of stock or not ready even though they tell me it has arrived. Here is my problem: it is completely fine if the medicine is late, but do not tell me it is there only for me to arrive and find out it is not.Out of the four medicines, one is a heart medication that genuinely causes the risk of death to increase if I miss my dose. This medicine is not even on backorder; it is constantly available from other clinics. So many times I have had to go and call my doctor to send the medicine to a different chain in order to get it taken care of so I do not literally die. Although I understand that a lot of the times it's out of the control of the pharmacist—I get that sometimes it is a system error, and I am definitely not blaming them for that—the thing is, you would imagine that they would get this fixed by now instead of having it happen on a monthly basis. The thing is, they shouldn't tell you that it is in stock, get your hopes up because you have been looking all over town and literally every other CVS in the 50-mile radius that you live in, only to be told upon arrival that they do not have it in stock and that they just gave the last prescription to someone else. I would imagine this is the same as having a reservation. If someone has medicine allotted towards them, and they arrive not even 40 minutes after the phone call that was made in order to confirm that they have it, it should be safe for that person, especially considering that the window to pick up medicine is typically a full week.I'm really not the type to complain. I'm really not. I have worked in the service industry, so I know how it is to deal with the general public. I would never complain in the way you see in this post because I understand how hard it can be to deal with people who are rude all day. But when someone is asking you a genuine question over the phone, and you interrupt them every time they try to ask the question and then tell them you have another patient there and have to help them, of course, you're going to get mad. Period. The woman’s name was Parvaneh, and this is not an attempt to doxx anyone, but rather so management can see how terribly their employees are treating the people who desperately need the pharmacist’s service. I am sorry that CVS does not fairly compensate their workers, but it is not my fault, and it should not be taken out on me.

Rude disrespectful workers, who get angry simply because they have to do their job. They will yell at you, and refuse your call, if you make them work hard enough. They all defend each other, so I see them all as 1. Very poorly trained and wrongfully hired. Pitiful.

Ray, the pharmacist, is amazing. He is so helpful, knowledgable, and hard working. I will come here for all my prescription needs. And he always has a smile on his face. He helped me when I needed antibiotics for my cat and found me a discount when I needed help. An amazing guy. The other staff members are helpful, too.

I love this CVS location. The people who work there are very helpful and kind. They have gone beyond expectations many times at both the pharmacy and front register. Thank you!
