Friendly and helpful employees - store is not a downer like other name brand pharmacy a couple blocks away. Shopping center is clean and attractive.

THE WORST CVS I have ever been to. The employees literally don't want to do their job and stood there and argued with me to force me to use the automated checkout. Could have checked me out like 3 times in the time it took to argue with me. Why do these people even have a job ? They literally just stand around and do nothing all day. I will never go to this CVS again. And in general all CVS suck these days and I wouldn't mind if they went out of business. Literally begging to be replaced by Amazon.

I called to check on stock of a product, they told me they had it. I drove there. They told me they made a mistake and they don’t have it.

As a tourist, this is an attractive place. In addition to pharmacies, there is a wide variety of snacks, drinks, and wine, making it a great place to look around and buy various things. In particular, many pharmacies have buy-one-get-one-free promotions, so it's good value for money. I visited this place around 7pm on March 1st, and the cashier told meThey made a cvs membership card for us and kindly taught us how to use the self-checkout. It's a pity that I'm not good at English, so I couldn't express my gratitude properly. This is a place I want to visit again next time.

The pharmacy and pharmacist are all rude. The pharmacist on duty was unhelpful and awful. They failed to mention that a medicine I picked up would have a negative reaction with medications I already take. When I told her about this concern, she said, “We don’t do that.” Well, if your pharmacy doesn’t tell you about your medicines, WHO DOES??? Absolutely ridiculous. This place is a joke.

Everyone here is always so helpful and friendly! They are attentive and always make sure i can find what I need. Nancy in particular was lovely, promptly helped me with what I needed, and made me glad I live close to this location so I can come back often :)

On Saturday Jan. 6th, I needed to get some meds that were ready at my usual Hollywood CVS Pharmacy but my work schedule would not allow me to pick them up by 6:00PM. I asked Pharmacists at this CVS in We-Ho location and both -Andrey and Sandra- did they very very best to accommodate my needs. They called up the other CVS, filled out my meds at this location, all the while with a great customer-patient service and a truly kind help and assistance. Thank you for such a positive experience. Do not buy any giftcards here.My Apple account was low so i needed to refil quickly. I purchased apple giftcard at CVS (luckily only $10) but the redemption code was scratched out.It appears that thieves open giftcards, copy then scratch out code, seal giftcards with glue, then place back on racks. When customers buy gift cards money is redeemed by thieves with complete code.ALWAYS open to check if cards have been tampered with.

My meds were complicated as from out of state but pharmacist went the extra mile for me. I also got my flu shot here. Friendly pharmacist. The store looks brighter and more organized than the CVS at 8491 santa Monica where eye contact and customer interaction was an archaic concept to their pharmacist.

This cvs is conveniently located in an small plaza . The workers here are friendly. The store has a wide variety of everyday items you need to survive in la .There is no street parking , but there is a parking garage. My service was quick and reliable.
