The pharmacy technician lack professional courtesy, and will not help you in the slightest if it required work or follow up on their end. My doctor does not do electronic. I suggested to Ricky, the manager, that there should be a sign telling customers not to enter a specific area where there is a linear paper cutter. I needed to cut my print to a specific size for a visa application. His exact words were “there’s a door, it’s common sense.” I then pointed out that the sign above him said “Photo Studio” to which he got enraged. He kept my prints and told me to go somewhere else even though I paid for the prints.

I have been a longtime customer and always do my best to be courteous and polite even though 9/10 the pharmacy makes a mistake when filling my prescriptions. (This usually results in an extremely long wait while they try to correct it.) I know this is a busy location, so I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt. That said, the pharmacy staff is consistently rude and unhelpful. I'm at my wits end. Definitely time to switch pharmacies.

The pharmacy manager needs to change their policies. They refuse to disclose whether they have controlled substance medication in stock before a prescription is called in. So if the prescription is called in and they don’t have it, the doctor has to take the prescription back and send it again and again. The US healthcare system is difficult enough without pharmacies adding to patient difficulties. Fix your policies.

Did an online print for a canvas, took the time to get the mock up the way I wanted it then when I went to pick it up part of my photo was cut off from the canvas. I showed the employee that part of my photo which appears on the mock up was was present in the print he printed but he said it wasn’t his fault and that’s just how it prints. I asked him why the mock up looks different but he said if you don’t want it you don’t have to take it with no resolution to the problem. I did want the print but wanted to figure out why the mock up didn’t look like what he actually printed he just said I don’t know go do it again. I guess there’s a reason these guys have a two star rating.

I've been going here for years. They have a pretty good team...an especially great lady at the register (wish I could think of her name ) now. Always pleasant. The pharmacy has always done their best. Karen, even if overwhelmed is always very helpful. Now there are two new pharmacists in the pharmacy..and they have been great.

This cvs is terrible in general. There’s this old lady that works there and she’s always being so rude for no reason. I have experienced this way too many times. I believe she should get fired not only because she’s always being so rude but also because she never helps me out when i’m trying to buy stuff. She never wants to apply my coupons when it’s her job to do so. There’s also this green haired guy that works there and I had terrible customer service today when I went. He said that I can only use one card per household when it’s never been like that. He said his manager said so. So I asked if I can speak to his manager since I know the manager here is nice about it, and he said he’s the “manager of the night”. He also didn’t even try applying my coupons. I left that cvs so quickly. Although, the tall white manager is really nice when I come across these types of things. The reviews for this cvs would be so much higher if that old lady didn’t work there. I’ve also read the other reviews and i’m not surprised that i’m not the only one who had a terrible experience with this old lady.

This is a nice cvs. It is always well stocked and they have friendly employees in the morning. The girl that is always working in the morning whose name begins with F is awesome. She always greets us on the way in and helps us find products we are looking for. The manager whose name begins with J is also extremely nice. This I cvs is larger than most and and great place to shop

I don't have any idea why the workers at this cvs are super rude, the old lady, first letter name (N) when i asked for help, she was very rude and yelled at me, the other guy i think name (R) also was rude, i'd never go to this cvs store ever. Everyone might have a bad day, no excuse to take it out of the customers.
