I like to go to this location to get my lottery tickets. But frequently their lottery equipment is broken or not working at all. The most recent break down has lasted for over 5 days with little or no care to get it fix for their members by management. Do better and show you care for once. The coolers have been broken for months and so makes sense that things don't get fixed at this location.

The worst place ever, I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your store on Thursday, July 17th, around 7:40 PM. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that made my experience quite disappointing:
There was no assistance available on the floor when I needed help to open the locker to grab a cough medicine .
A staff member was busy on their phone and not attending to customers.
A young lady at the counter responded to me rudely when I explained that I was sick and urgently needed medication. She said she was busy and did not offer any help or respond kindly to my request.
I kindly ask that you review your security cameras to better understand what transpired during my visit.

Told it would be 5”. It was 45”. While in line I got to watch a septuagenarian teen out the pharmacist. She leaves and then an older guy working in pharmacy terms out the pharmacist. Meanwhile despite at least 5 people working in pharmacy the line just kept getting longer. Entertainment at least!

This pharmacy It’s horrible they always have attitude. I don’t understand. The customer service here is nonexisting. They should be a shame of their self corporate needs to be involved medicine is never on time even when they say it’s ready it’s not they are playing with people livelihoods I wouldn’t come to the Cvs, even if you paid me.

Pharma line out the door at all times. They screwed up my name and didn’t have the prescription ready even the day after it was called in. This is the last time I go here. Rite Aid is going out of business and I can’t wait until cvs follows suit.

Probably the worst CVS. The cashier Mylene is so rude and unenthusiastic and it is obviously she doesn’t want to work there. She is very rude and passive aggressive to the customers and has no manners and no customer service skills at all. She’s slow as well and offers no help if you are having a problem with their self checkout or system. She should not be working with the customers. She should be in the back or working when the store is closed

I truly appreciate the CVS store staff and the friendly atmosphere they create—it's always a pleasure to shop there. However, I've had some difficulties with the pharmacy, particularly with the head pharmacist, whose approach I found to be quite disrespectful. This negative experience led me to transfer my prescriptions to Rite Aid. I believe CVS could benefit from addressing these concerns to improve customer satisfaction.

The store was not stocked and they were out of many products I was looking for. Also, there were no prices on many shelves.
