Had to wait an hour and a half while the pharmacist tried to work out insurance details and get my prescription ready (my doctor called in the prescription days ago, and my insurance was on file). Literally the most incompetent, confused staff I've ever seen. Not to mention all the crazy and homeless people wandering around. This place is not safe, not efficient, and it's employees, including the pharmacy staff, are better suited for burger king or something of that nature. Store is dirty, stuff knocked over everywhere, crumbs/garbage on the floor.Avoid at all costs.

This CVS is not customer-friendly at all. My husband needed to use a restroom and the staff rudely refused to allow him. Not for nothing, but Walgreen's always lets customers use the restroom. Is that really too much to ask?

There are more security guards than employees in the store. The surveillance unit outside was smashed. Homeless everywhere. Prices very high

Self checkout did not accept cash which is inconvenient as I was forced to have conversation with an employee that I preferred not to have. I believe that I gave the employee, legal advice, that I am not qualified to give, which is a reflection on my integrity as a man.

As a lot say, if I could give zero stars, I would.Pharmacists are beyond rude. The new prescription called for a consult, so I waited. The second Pharmacist came over (because the first one was “too busy”), completely annoyed, took her finger and ran it under as she read the directions - you know like when you’re first learning to read. Then she looked at me like “Okay?”, so I asked what are side effects, she listed three and walked away without another word. Like how dare I interrupt her day to want to know how to correctly take my prescription. Very condescending and unprofessional Pharmacists. The lady who checked me out was a doll.

Andrew in the pharmacy is one of the rudest people I've met. He made us wait for over 30 minutes for an "expedite" order that was placed 2 hours before we arrived at the pharmacy. My mom needed her antibiotics and painkillers urgently to prevent swelling and the girl at the counter followed up with him 3 times but he did not care in the slightest. I went to talk to him but he would not even look up at me when he was on the phone and when he finally did bring the medicine over he did not even inform the girl at the counter or call out my name to make us aware that it's ready. I don't write such posts often, but I hope the management sees this and kicks him out, he deserves it.

Absolute rudest pharmacy staff. They absolute DO NOT CARE about your health or business. I had a medicine I desperately needed so I rushed after work to make it before they closed. I got in line and they yelled at me in the most disrespectful way they wouldn’t help me because the line was too long. And another time I told the pharmacy employee ringing me up repeatedly that the price was wrong and it was $90 more than it should be. But clearly he didn’t understand me (or possibly english) and charged the card I use on my account (which I also made clear I had another card I wished to pay with) and sent me away.

some people say “if i could give this place 0 stars i would.” i’m here to say if i could punch this CVS pharmacy in the face i would. zero stars doesn’t cut it. to be fair half the issue is CVS’ size which leads to rigid processes and limited options which can lead to inconvenience but the pharmacists here also don’t seem to care about the humans behind the prescriptions or resolving issues very much.

a cvs experience is usually the same as the last: employees don't talk to you, you don't talk to them, you see drug store things you need that are a bit overpriced and tell yourself you can find it cheaper somewhere else. and gosh forbid considering giving them a call if you need something. i needed to change pharmacies bc my pcp messed up on something. i gave it a shot bc i saw yelp gave this cvs's direct local number and not a 1-800. i was hopeful. as like anywhere else, the automated machine at first was annoying but after it all, i pressed 1 and it took me to the front desk. the staff who answered was so kind and sent me straight to the pharm. the kind pharm on duty at this time was swamped busy, you could hear it in her voice. after a short conversation, she learned i had been without some medication for an infection for a few days. she collected the necessary info, didn't promise it could be done today (very honest) and did what she needed to do and we got off the phone. she even set up my cvs account for a smooth process when i come in without even me asking -- even tho she was so busy! got a text within a a few minutes saying it'd be ready in the morning. i am here now and the line is long but the staff is going through it seamlessly. they have good attitude and the wait is not long. what a rare experience. thank you cvs venice blvd. i got a text

18 days later, I haven't heard back management, or received a call, or message, not even a reply to this message. Just left, and the same anus pharmacist is here. Undoubtedly providing biased service and endangering the lives of people like me. We wonder why people self medicate. Why now, when faced with prejudiced service at every level of healthcare. I hope that one day, you guys need medical help and care, and I hope you get the same kind of service you provide.

Consistently the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. I've tried to give them another go a few times due to the convenience of the location, but I'm done. Will drive farther for literally any other pharmacy.

I tried to call the pharmacy and was literally on hold until it was closed and I gave up. I was told my medication would take 10 min to prepare but after a half hour and not being called, I had to go home because I have chronic pain. The point was to use the medication for tonight. Probably going to switch to CVS on Sepulveda and national
