Went looking for a sleep mask... Pretty simple. Checked three different sections: Nothing. But they definitely have a whole freaking aisle of probiotic milkshakes if that's your thing. Classic CVS move, everything you don't want in stock and nothing you need.

I NEVER leave reviews but can't remember the last time I felt this disrespected. Team Member Maria (who wasn't even in uniform or had a name tag) followed me around the store, demanded I use a basket as if I was going to take something, and then literally stood right behind me as I used the self checkout. The way she profiled me was something out of a movie. I not only want everyone to know about this but also I would very much like for someone to follow up after coaching her on how to better handle situations.

I feel like pharmacist hold us a hostage- we came to gay a prescription for my daughter and the pharmacy did not have the prescribed medication, but they told us that the urgent care needs to call pharmacy and ask for replacement. They went back and forth for 30 min, both refused to talk to each other. It is the only 24 hours CVS in our area, so we did not have any options for the same evening. This morning I'm at another urgent care and they confirmed that the pharmacy suppose to call the doctor to issue a replacement. Be aware of stubborn and not willing to to help pharmacists!

Best pharmacy ever. This is my preferred pharmacy. They are 24 hours and the pharmacist here are so courteous, have empathy, and helpful. My three year old daughter needed an RX at 10pm at night and they filled it in two minutes. Unlike the one in Inglewood who told me to go else where! Special thank you to JENNIFER at silver lake CVS pharmacy!

I would not typically leave a review for a retail pharmacy on Yelp, until there was a national shortage of my medication, and Jude in the pharmacy took the time to help me out. He knew that I hadn't had my medications in weeks. He gave me a breakdown of alternatives that he had in stock, including the brand name (instead of the generic) of my medication. He advised me to call my pharmacy benefits manager and ask for a one time exception to the rule. In the end, they were willing to do this and Jude and his team filled my prescription the same day. This may not seem like a big deal, but most retail pharmacies I called were not willing to spend the time Jude did helping me out in the midst of this shortage. I live in Silver Lake and as a local and a healthcare professional I'm happy to know we have such a great pharmacy close by.

This was the worst CVS pharmacy I have been to and I have been to plenty. First, parking is very challenging. It is in the same complex as the Whole Foods so expect to look around for the spot. And parking spaces are tiny. I was driving my sedan that day and some j*** in the huge SUV was taking up more that one space so I had to find other space next to smaller car. Next when I went inside, there was a sign says Covid 19, flu vaccine, appointment recommended. So I stood in the vaccine line thinking I get my booster. It did not say appointment REQUIRED. Then when my turn came, a skinny and old minority lady was like "You need an appointment." So I pointed out the fact that sign is very deceptive since it doesn't say required but says recommended. Then I asked if there's any appointment, then she goes, "look it up online." How rude!! Her connotation was that I was beneath her. Reason I was there was that I was told by my work that I could not come Into work unless I had a second booster. I drove my irritated behind to the CVS pharmacy in Pasadena and got accommodated. Better to be helpful than being an a*** No thanks, I will never come to this location.

Top tier booster shot service. Lines are long depending on the hour, but they get to you. Appropriately staffed and managed.They pick up their phone.

0 stars for the pharmacy. They filled my mother's prescription with the wrong medicine and they need to be held accountable. I'd highly suggest triple-checking your bottles to make sure you are getting the correct medication from this place.

The pharmacists themselves are helpful, and generous. Everyone else working at the store seems to desperately not want to be there. This includes the clerk at the pharmacy desk, and the dudes working the front of the store. The clerk will almost always insist your prescription isn't waiting for you at the store, and only after asking her to check and check again (and showing her a text saying your prescription is ready) will she bother to look in the back. The guys are the front are somehow making even less of an effort.At least they're open late and have a big parking lot?

The worst customer service ever.Rude, hurried miserable pharmacists all in a hurry to deal with their next adrenaline rushI can make an easy generalization in saying that of the hundreds even thousands of times I have been to the CVS PHARMACY, my experience has been miserable.
