Always long waiting line for pharmacy pick up, they should hire more people. Sometimes they sent text message to pickup prescription to pick up, it is not ready. My time is as valuable as theirs.

Guaranteed long wait at the pharmacy. Not only it takes them too long to get it filled but to get it dropped off / picked up is also a great hassle. There was a guy named John (with glasses) working yesterday at the pharmacy drive-through that I cannot even begin tell you how rude he was. Do not take out your bad day on people who are only there to pick up meds.

Wish I can give negative star. I tried to transfer my prescription to this cvs as it is the closest to where I live. The pharmacy employee refused to call the clinic where the medicine has to be transferred from and had told me to call them directly. However the clinic where I was trying to transfer my prescription had a regulation where the pharmacist had to contact them In order to transfer the prescription. In short, I couldn't get my medication because they simply didn't want to call the clinic.

Takes forever to prepare pills. Be ready to wait in line for 30+ minutes after 3. I guess it takes great skill to put pills into bottles.

Visited drive thru pharmacy. Terrible. Waited 15 minutes unattended. Pressed call button three times but no one responded. Doesn't matter if it was busy inside. They could have at least let the customers waiting outside know that we needed to wait. Didn't appreciate being unattended.

This is absolutely the very worst pharmaceutical service ever. Do yourself a huge favor and do not come here EVER!

Located on the corner of Wilshire & Oxford Ave. The parking lot entrance is on Oxford and free for patrons. Heavy traffic between 2:30pm to 6:30pm Mon-Fri, so expect delays. In the vicinity you'll find a Chase, Ralph's, Denny's, Wiltern Theater, 24 Hour Fitness, Wells Fargo, Bank of America ATM, Library, small restaurants, cafes, and a metro station. The problem with this store is basically the competence level of the employees, so if you need information or assistance in regards to in-store cash, CVS Bucks, promotions, rebates or coupons, I'd recommend researching it online, calling a friend or using your lifeline prior to arriving. This store should put up a giant billboard that says, "For all inquiries, contact the vendor or merchant because we don't know". Finding an associate on the sales floor is kind of like joining a 3-player championship game of hide and seek since the majority are at registers. But even with three cashiers and a supervisor at self checkout, you'll still wait long enough to finish a short novel, crossword puzzle or clipping half of your toenails. Another thing you'll notice throughout the store is the unattended shopping carts being used by the store filled with products being stocked or trash. Some of the cashiers at this location are about as useful as handles on a snowball or an ashtray on a motorcycle with some supervisors being a few sandwiches short of a picnic and not adequately trained to properly assist guests. Overall, poor customer service, decent prices, below average store cleanliness, long checkout times, good location, numerous products out of stock, and ineffective management which results a rating of 2 stars.

When I went to this drug store, I was greeted politely with a huge smile on my face! I'm so delighted with the experience I've had in this drug store because it has motivated me! It's highly recommended!

Yesterday, I was tasked to buy medicine for my sister in this drug store. It was my first time to be here, gladly, they assisted me and provided me the right medicine. Thank you so much!

This CVS is closest to our apartment, and it is reliably great. Sometimes they have exceptional deals, like last week they had vitamin waters for $1- how crazy generous. The best part about this CVS though in my opinion is the large parking lot! Even in downtown LA, this CVS has managed to provide excellent parking options. Also, the drive thru pharmacy is very convenient and one of the faster ones around. The workers have always been very friendly- all around this is a good choice for your pharmacy needs.

Poor customer service from Victor. Very rude. He should get a different profession if he doesn't know how to interact with customers.

A horrible customer service and I gave 25% off coupon and $2 off coupon but cashier didn't use it nor told me anything. The worst CVS in the US.

It's open 24hrs which is always good. Its always clean on the floor but usually are not fully stocked & don't have what you came for. Because of the solicitation on both exits I don't visit the restrooms. The associates never say hi on the sales floor & the lines are always long but the person in jewelry will come out to help you with the self checkout without being asked. The pharmacy is always helpful & pretty quick even if they are super busy.

I was calling-in an urgent prescription for a patient. I tried to call several times. The pharmacy placed me on hold for a very long time and never got back to me. I gave up
