I tried to purchase an investment property and was seeking financing. I already had a pre-approval from a different lender, but I learned about Danco Housing because the company was owned by my neighbor's family, so I thought, I would like to give them the business. I made an appointment and stopped by their office. No parking space was given, no valet, and then their front door stuck. I had to ring the doorbell multiple times before someone came down and got me in from the back door. Then I met the owner of the company and he immediately gave me his business card and in return expected me to show him my ID immediately. I told the owner that I was not comfortable yet showing my ID because I didn't even know if I wanted to go through with him. He immediately proceeded to tell me "If you want to talk to me, fine. If you don't want to talk to me, you don't have to"I thought that response was very pathetic and unprofessional. If I don't want to talk to you, why did I even bother to stop by? So I responded back, "Well, then we don't have to talk to each other." I got up and left.I don't recommend dealing with this company. They seemed like loan sharks and the owner clearly has a nasty attitude. Imagine, how nastier he would get if he was in the position of power. Ex: if he was a landlord to anyone. No thanks. Many other reputable financial firms and alternative financing out there.

I just finished a lease with Danco housing. Anytime something went wrong they were quick to respond and fixed the problem. The rent was fair, and their deduction from my security deposit was fair. No unnecessary paint fee or cleaning fee as I left the place clean. No complaints whatsoever, I highly recommend Danco

Dan is the best! He helped my family and I buy our dream home. Dan is very patient, understanding and kind. It was so great working with someone that actually cares about his clients. Dan made the entire process very easy and stress free. This was especially important to us as we were first time home buyers. He is very knowledgeable and was always available when we had any questions. Truly amazing service. Thank you, Dan!

Complete disrespect for your time. Realtor showed up 35 minutes late for showing and never called ahead to give a heads up. Then, only to find out that the property was not available.

I've been with this Lender for 5+ years. Initially I needed to borrow money due to family major medical illness. Had a few years of really difficult times keeping my payments current while going through divorce. I did my very best to make my payments and Mr. Perlstein was very patient.
