This is the worst Daniel's I've ever been to. I've had several issues with them. I've had a jewelry salesman tell me my insurance doesn't cover cleanings and repairs, then say I had to pay in cash if I pay for it and I can't have a receipt. He was obviously being shady. I've had a jewelry sales woman break my bracelet and then try to lie and say it was me who broke it. I don't recommend them to anyone.

This place is the worst. I opened up a line of credit purchased a $800 watch. I come back and get treated worse than the first purchase. On top of that I already had an account open. But for some strange reason they felt the need to rerun my credit again with a account in good standing. This action Daniels did resulted in a hard inquiry witch is foul business. I always spoke well on Daniel's up until I see how they really screw your credit up with each purchase. By doing a hard inquiry each time for same account. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Spend your money where it is appreciated...

Horrible horrible!!! Sales person Katherine was trying to sell me a 2,600 bracelet not even a necklace come on!! With 245 payments each month girl please! But I was in a rush and didn’t really think it through. So she sold me a 10k bracelet for 700 dollars. While still trying to say it was 50 percent off! It looks so cheap I feel embarrassed. While trying to get me to open multiple accounts beware guys! Do not come here the manager the chubby girl was hovering all over her. I should’ve known it was a red flag when she wrote my Social in a piece of paper. Such a ghetto place! Don’t buy anything here!! Or even try to get your credit they said they can only sign me up for in-house credit but had applied for multiple accounts that I got approved. Don’t buy her first red flag is their customer service!

Had an nice experience shopping. They are very helpful and love that its no rush. Please read you contract for hidden fees. Please try on all jewelry and make sure before leaving that everything is as you wanted. Will be shopping with them again but I will be more informative. Ask questions it doesn't hurt.

We went and buy a diamond ring and then right after that we purchased a diamond earrings but I went to check if this were diamonds because I a friend told us to be careful and we went on to check in another jewelry store they told us this are synthetic diamonds.

I waited over a hour to be serviced and was treat as if my service didn't matter. Being that Daniel's have such a high stature, there employees should treat customers more professionally! I would never refer anyone to this Daniel's!

Karen and katherine have the best customer service ever they were sooo nice they even made sure me and my girlfriend questions was answered i just feel sorry for them.a female customer was threatening and giving them a hard time but they handled themselves well very professional i will be returning for more jewelry and recommend all my friends and family

I just got engaged in early January. We went here to have my ring DOWNSIZED. The lady that helped us was helpful and genuinely seemed to care about our needs. I got the ring back and it appeared fine. That night I noticed a line in the band and the next morning the band was COMPLETELY broken. We went to the store the next day and the lady said the jeweler wouldn't be in u til Tuesday so I didn't wear my ring for a whole week. We went back the next weekend and he argued with us that it was our fault that we probably DROPPED the ring. And the said we needed to pay 150$ for a whole new band, even though it wasn't our fault he didn't do it right the first time and when my fiancé confronted him about poor work he did the first time the jeweler changed his tone and said ok just pay for labor then. smh so we paid for it to get fixed again! And NOW 2 weeks later the band is AGAIN broke it the SAME SPOT that he didn't weld correctly the first and obviously the second time!! I will NEVER go back here that jeweler will scam you and NOT care. Smfh
