In our first visit, the service was great; it was so wonderful we purchased the items we needed for our remodel that day. But after we selected and paid for the items, things fell apart. We couldn't get good communication on the delivery dates. We were never notified when our items arrived, luckily I tracked everything. We needed to purchase a few extra items that we forgot. We received the quote right away and approved it and never heard from them again. I contacted them several times about payment and was told that the order was placed and I'd get an email or someone would call with payment information. We finally just went to Snyder Diamond and placed our order. We never heard from anyone from the company again.

Beautiful showroom and knowledgeable staff. Mark was extremely helpful and offered several good options for our kitchen faucet. We chose a Graff product which we have already fallen in love with. Happy to do the dishes now 😄!

I stopped by today hoping but not necessarily expecting a solution to an issue I am having with a Lefroy Brooks product, and I cannot express how relieved I left. Mark was just superb. Since we weren’t able to get exactly what I needed, he offered me multiple solutions, and showed me potential issues that may arise with each. He took the time and made the effort to assemble and disassemble the different options which was incredibly helpful. I have worked with multiple high end and specialty fixture stores, and never have I experienced this amount of time and effort dedicated to my concerns. I really appreciate it, and will 100% recommend him with clients.
