They follow customer around store with overhead cameras, have a .... undercover shopper follow me through the isles, security watch me stand in line, watch me pay $95 and then ask to see my receipt at the door. Never again dds ( slauson & vermont) or 5 below ( slauson & vermont)
For those who dont steal, take your money to stores that dont treat you like a thief.

IM DISABLE, ON OXYGEN N ON MEDICATION THAT REQUIRES USE OF THE BATHROOM ON REGULAR BASIS. THESE PPS WANT U TO SPEND UR MONEY THERE BUT CANT PROVIDE USE OF THE BATHROOM. IM PTFO! I CANT STAND FOR ALONG PERIOD OF TIME. I HAVE DEGENERATIVE SPINE DESEASE/SCIATICA. NO CHAIR TO SIT DOWN UNTIL THE LONG LINES GOES DOWN. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS CHECKING UR RECEIPT.
HAWTHORNE DD'S ON ROSECRAN, IS BOMB. THEY WILL LET U USE THE BATHROOM N MOVE U UP IN LINE.
ALL OF THE DD'S N ROSS ONLY CARES ABOUT, IS U SHOPPING THERE. THEY TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS BADLY. I DID CALL CORPORATE OFFICE 9/11/2025 WITH A COMPLAINT. HOPE IT DID SOME GOOD!

Walked in 45 minutes before closing and the employee (young black woman) started yelling on the top of her lungs that they are closed. She continued to yell and went to lock the entrance. Not only was she rude, but her tone was completely uncalled for. I understand if the store is closed, but there’s no need to treat customers like that. I won’t be coming back. Very disappointing.

I was recommended by a friend to go to DD's and they said that it was better than Ross's and I have to admit that their prices were so unbelievably economical I had to just completely buy me a complete makeup set and I could actually afford it cost me $23 all together and I would have been able to spend $23 on all this makeup at Walmart and I just have to say thank you Didi I appreciate the prices and I will be back again You have a loyal customer for life.
