It was certainly a pleasure to deal with friendly, knowledgeable professionals. I hired this company to handle my custom job (a 5-panel, full-color, accordion-fold brochure) after getting the runaround from two previous printers. The reps at Design Printing helped make this an easy and smooth process. Special shout-out to Mr. Buck for your insight and expertise. Through and through, I was highly pleased and impressed with their commitment to task, consistent professionalism, and follow-through. Small businesses beware. They will not be transparent about pricing and when you ask for clarification you will not get a response. They tried charging me double what any other printer would charge for the type of job I was doing a refused to give me an itemized breakdown of everything I was printing. Julio is who I worked with. He would tell me he would get back to me about something in a certain amount of time and then I would never hear from him and have to chase him down. This wasn’t just once, this was my entire experience communicating with him. When I called him out on the price gouging he was cryptic and then flat out ignored me when asking for clarification. I assume because my job was a small one and not very profitable for them, they decided my money wasn’t good enough once I told them they were trying to rip me off. I have never dealt with the level of unprofessionalism Julio and design printing exhibited. I don’t understand how they have such a high rating and was disappointed as that is why I inquired with them to do business in the first place. Obviously I went with another printer and not one who was trying to rip me off or go mia.

I messaged design printing about a job 16 other printers said they couldn't do, but design printing did it and did it flawlessly and timely. At first, they came back and said they didn't think they had the capabilities but even went as far as giving me resources to check; however, still set a meeting with me to see what we could do- and they were able to do the job! The job was printing on the smallest bag imaginable, but they did it. A literal saving grace for the company I work for! Fred, the sales rep I worked with, was fantastic, communicative and just so easy to work with. We've already started using them for other projects because they're just so easy to work with along with affordable, accurate and timely. Couldn't recommend a place more!

Absolute pleasure to work with. I have a new business and found Design Printing from a Google search. After my initial conversation - I felt comfortable that they would be able to process my order. Fabiola is one of the most genuine and professional people I have worked with. She made sure all the criteria for the order was accomplished and the entire process was smooth.
