Clean and new! We ran into the super-friendly owner. Close to where we staying. Other customers were friendly...some like us were traveling and others were regular customers.

I went today and the truth is, the ladies there are very friendly. And the truth is that there are many machines of all sizes and I was surprised that the price does not change and you want it hot or cold! Im coming back here fromNow on. I love it .

Very poor service the workers steal your clothes and tow your car. Very rude workers play dumb and say no English when u ask them for your stolen clothes or why they towed your car when u were at 7-11 at 5am

This place is a joke. It's nice to have a laundry place close to your home. However this place always disappoints this will definitely be the last time to come here. I'm writing this as I wait for my last 7 minutes on my 3 dryers that I have. Nothing works here the worst thing is the SERVICE they have their bill changer blocked I bought detergent and softener here. I already spent $20 washing I still had wet clothes (the dryers) do not work. I went to the ATM and got another $20 for change to continue drying. Mind you when I bought my stuff the lady gave me .75 cents in nikles and dimes .. really in a laundry mat where you mostly use quarters. Anyways the girl working here said she didn't have money to break the $20 tell me what am I supposed to do .... with my half dried clothes after spending money on the machines already. She insisted she couldn't help me. I'm sorry but being from customer service. First you apologize for the inconvenience. And second you make something happen. Offer alternatives. Ok I will give you that she said change your $20 for all quarters. REALLY!!!!!!! I said forget it can you at least give me the .75 cents you gave me earlier in quarters. And she said yes .. I waited and she comes back and she says... I have $20 in ones. I said whaaat that is the answer you needed to give me when I first came to you.. I just demanded my 3 quarters and finished getting out of here. This is RIDICULOUS!!! Never again Desis. This place is always dirty too and no AC. Employees with nasty attitude. I tired of giving this place chances.

Don’t waste your time here there’s many other coin laundry’s in the area that are reliable and trustworthy.I suggest you update your operating hours. If it says you close at 12am you should actually close at 12am not say you closed at 1030 at 1040 when the place has multiple people washing and drying; coming in and out. The lady seemed overwhelmed and lazy. Get someone who is not miserable to work here is a second suggestion. Waste of time and I don’t see this business lasting long operating like this..

That Desi's keeps taking people's $ who are none the wiser their supposed warm and hot water washes are, in fact, cold is shameful. My request to receive 1/2 my money back ($2 for a $4.25 wash) when I selected hot water and the washer delivered only cold (the glass being cold on the front load gave it away) was reasonable. The attendant even acknowledged the water was cold, but refused to compensate me in any way. She said whether or not the washes have hot water depends on how many people are washing, but not even 1/3 of the washers were in use at the time.I asked to speak with the man who was taking quarters out of the machines (using a wheel barrel of buckets) and, after he felt the front of the washer I was using and other washers (while I waited 15 - 20 minutes), he talked to the attendant who then told me it is the owner's policy they are allowed to put quarters in for a second wash when there isn't hot water. Well, first of all, why didn't she offer that solution at the time she acknowledged the hot water wash was cold!? But not helpful to me, in any case, as I only brought enough oxygenating bleach for my one load of whites. And, honestly, how many people are going to wait another 40 minutes while a single load washes again and the rest of their laundry is drying? Not me, and not many, as I'm sure THEY KNOW.You also might want to consider that Desi's used to keep the doors on both ends of the store open, which helped with air flow. Now one of the doors is always closed and locked, which, besides keeping it very hot in there, is a safety issue in the event of an emergency, earthquake, etc.

This place needs a complete overhaul more then half of the machines are down the dryers suck I spent over $7 to dry. I spent $5 to wash and $7 to dry. This is ridiculous, I should've just gone to the 24hr laundry mat down the street. Mr Mark I've been a member of this community for 30+ years please invest in upgrading the equipment or properly fixing them

Half the washing machines stink inside. The other half don't work. Drying is expensive and the drying machines only have two settings "burn clothes" and "damp". The only things that keep me coming back is the massage chair and how conveniently close it is to my house. Don't get me started with the customer service.

To Marc T. I might not have read the fine prints of your sign but I'm sure it caused confusion among other people because that sign is no longer up. Can't reply to your comment but this is why your business will go to shit. I've gone to other laundry mats where the washers have gone up but they offer FREE drying with decent minutes to dry or dryers that do charge but have a decent amount of minutes to dry. Maybe if you followed their lead, you would have more people.

This place is clean and organized. Has a great ambience. Also the 90 pound machines are decently priced.Edit: dropped one star. They offer free dry to leave a yelp review and that's great but the price of the dryers is actually expensive. 25 cents for 4 minutes on the big dryers and 6 minutes on the smaller ones.

Hooorrriiibllle laundry mat. Like...what the friggin hell man? The small/medium washers aren't that deep and are $7 freaking dollars each, I went to buy the detergent from the machine and it gave me fabric softener that was oozing out the side that I got more in my hands than my laundry. Btw, I DIDNT WANT FABRIC SOFTENER I WANTED THE TIDE DETERGENT I SAW ABOVE. So I went back and tried the second coin option which also had tide above it. WRONGO!!! I got friggin bounce fabric softener this time. All with big signs posted saying no refunds. This place is a freaking joke. I don't expect a lot cuz...you know...it's a frickin laundry mat but have some pride in what you do. Especially as run down as it is. How are the machines in respectable mats in Beverly Hills cheaper than here?Should've just gone home to a local mat. Ok, sorry for the rant I'm done.
