The best team ever, Noel and Enrique are always helpful and wonderful, they always help me out, I always leave with a big smile on my face all the time, I took my car there on Tuesday the 16 of January they evaluate, check for damages on tires and they gave me the honest and best advice without a charge. I've come here the last couple times I needed an oil change and they were always relatively quick (45min-2hrs depending on how busy they are) and they're always kind and welcoming. Enrique was kind enough to provide the type of customer service that makes you feel as though you're not just another customer. They usually also check our cars for any other issues and provide a reasonable pricing quote and at times can even fix the other issues same day! I would definitely recommend visiting them!

I went in for a last minute 21 point inspection before I purchased a new car, and they were gracious enough to fit me into their schedule. I can not speak more highly of the staff and mechanics working at this shop! Enrique and Kevin in particular made this visit amazing! This was my first time purchasing a car, and Enrique went out of his way to walk me through the steps I would need to take to purchase the car from the private seller. I really appreciate his help and I will definitely be back to this shop because of their impeccable customer service! Thank you!

friendly, quick service for another leaky tire patch. I've been here three times for slow leaks and they have never charged me for patching. I'll definitely see what they have to offer next time I need tires.

Highly recommend Big Brand for any services they can provide you with! I went in for an oil change and a flat tire fix, and not only is the flat tire fix free, but the guys that helped me out went out of their way to let me know about other issues with my car that I should get looked at as soon as I can. They were fast, did great work, everything I needed! Will be returning soon for my brakes and set of tires! Thanks Big Brand!

Discovered I had a road hazard that I knew I could fix myself but it was far more convenient to take it to a shop that has the dismount equipment. Made an appointment and was in and out under 90minAppreciated the quick service, but it also helped that my situation was not major !

some lack of communication with their answering service and shop led me to waste a decent part of the day, having booked an appointment, show up on time, to the shop person saying that im not on the list, that I could wait 1.5 hours, and when they asked what I needed, I informed them and they gave vacant looks saying they didn't know what it is ( a panhard bar) . All I was there for was to have help loosening ONE NUT, that I couldn't get myself since I had been working on the ground with jack-stands. I called the service 3x times to figure out what happened with my appointment.The service said the shop canceled me without notice.. I waited on hold for 8 min for them to help set up another asap, they didn't come back and I had to take another call.. I called backbut then transferred my call back to the shop, which was the same negative progress... soooooI wasted a few hours for zero help. Called once more & made a complaint. Agent said I'd be contacted for some sort of compensation, which hasn't happened.... No surprise there!idk, but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place due to that BS. plenty of places have their SH@t together.

These guys are great. They do good work. Most importantly they’re honest. I purchased tires from them. When I had a flat, they repaired it for free rather than forcing me to buy a new tire. High integrity. Good value. Great experience.RG.

I made an appointment to get new tires on my Jeep for the next day at noon. I showed up and the tires were there and they did a great job installing the tires. Plus it was Black Friday and I got a great deal with the installation and alignment. I am completely satisfied with the guys at Big Brand on Highland and Fountian Ave in Hollywood. Noe and all the guys were great I would highly recommend.

One of their techs is nothing short of rude. He was late getting my car done because he was chatting with his coworker. And instead of apologizing, he was short and dismissive. "You need something else? Go wait over there" I don't trust that he did my tires properly. Noe, the store manager, was a good guy. Take photos of your wheels before giving them the keys.

Great experience. I had four new tires installed and wheel alignment done at their Hollywood location (American Tire Depot) on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Due to their poor service, however, I had to go back and ask them to redo balancing for my tires on Black Friday morning. They said they knew their machine needed calibration, and someone would come and calibrate the machine in the afternoon. I'd appreciate if they could have just told me I should go do tire balancing in one of their other locations nearby on Wednesday since they already knew the tires would be off-balance. And, when I went back in the afternoon hoping to get my tires balanced, I was told the calibration guy didn't show up and I would have to come back some time next week, or go to one of their other locations. I couldn't take my chances with them so I chose to go to the nearest location, which was this one the highland ave Big Brands.I asked them for a paper receipt for the installation service because I only received one for alignment but was told everything was in their system so no worries for that. Then, when I arrived here, the person was helping me showed me the installation was not even processed on their system. Thankfully, he was very understanding and I wasn't charged for the service. They balanced my tires in less than an hour, exactly as what I was told. And, from what I overheard from the mechanician, it seemed the people at Hollywood location put same random weights on all four tires, ridiculous. Now, all tires are well balanced and not shaking or vibrating when driving at high speed. Big thanks to Kevin and the crews. I feel like I've found the go to spot for tires now.

Caught a nail in my tire and brought it here after reading all the positive reviews. This place didn’t disappoint. They had me in and out in under an hour and best of all they patched it for free! Great local spot, will def be back for future service!

Excellent service. I had an appointment originally at their sister shop but had to be referred here last minute. I hopped on a call and checked if I could walk in and Enrique the lead was very accommodating. I had no problem waiting for my service to be done and they were finish in one hour. Every time I visit any of their shops or sister shops I am always educated on what to look out for and how to go about handling my situation. I really appreciate them and I’m glad we have places like this to rely on other than the actual services provided by the maker of our car.

I'm not sure if I should be alarmed that Enrique remembered my first and last name when I walked into the office since it's been a while but then again weirder people know my name and I don't know how. Honestly who needs a husband when you have Enrique??He always takes good care of me and my car. Im in and out and not only is he professional, he has a great sense of humor. Oil change cost was competitive. Communicative. 10/10

Highly recommend Enrique and the team at Big Brand!! I bought my aging but much-loved car in hoping against hope it was going to be a quick fix - unfortunately, the prognosis was very grim, but Enrique could not have been more helpful, generous and kind. He went out of his way to help me and to try to find a solution and was completely transparent throughout. His kindness made a very stressful situation more bearable and I will definitely be back in the future as I now feel I've found a local neighborhood shop I can trust to be honest and fair which as a female is hard to find and always much appreciated. I won't hesitate to recommend them in the future.
