The employees of Dollar Tree in this particular location are awesome and friendly. They always ready and willing to help me and other people and really appreciate all you do for us. The store manager and all the employees have turned the around 100 percent. The store has been clean and all the employees have done an amazing job.This dollar Tree in Vince blvd is without a doubt the most organized and cleanest one I have ever been to. The manager Beth and all of the employees are an example for any Dollar Tree or in fact any business to follow. As you know there's a negative people comment negative stuff about this store which is not true.If you want to know the truth go and check the store. The only negative I saw customer are stealing left and right as if it is a charity store

I love this store... Suck I only seen it messy once or twice and I thought to myself it's because they are so busy that they believe that customers are first instead of being in the bathroom scrubbing the bathroom they are out on the floor helping customers and I really appreciate the kindnes ..unlike Food for Less on Hoover who s cashiers have been rude to me .. sometimes I can't find my card or I'm short money and need to take items off the bill and already feeling embarrassed by it they treat me like a downright peasant the meaning someone who has had hardship because of medical reasons it's not okay and they need to take some customer service classes that's why I appreciate the dollar store in Venice thank you!!

The store was very dirty, merchandise unorganized. It was pretty busy when I went in and, only 2 cashiers, opened. I asked the manager (who was at the register) if she was open and she said, no, so, I went to the next register to wait to be cashed out and as it was my turn to get cashed out she had the cashier cash out her items first therefore having for me to wait for her to make her purchase as she said, she was going on her break. Customers have to wait and there's no consideration for the consumer anymore. I thought it was rude of her to do that because there was a long line.

they have good things, snacks, cleaning supplies daily necessities. Only downside long wait time to pay since is they had the poor guy on register all alone and the lady who I would assume is the person in charge tells him to sweep and take out the trash and pick up stuff when he has a big line? I asked him if he’s always on alone he says “yeah they usually always make me stay on the register” later I see same the lady on her phone at the back of the store talking with other employees not doing anything! This store needs to check their management!

30 people in line and only one checkout enabled, I have been in line for 20 minutes.
30 persons and only one cashier available?! 20 minutes online SO CRAZY!!! ONLY ONE ENPLOYEED IN ALL STORE AND ITS 7pm!!!worse dollar tree ever

It’s okay or at least it used to be. This last trip there were a lot of empty shelves. The new prices are not clearly labeled. And the cashier charged me for a bag I didn’t get and double charged me for an item I only got one of. It’s just not worth the trip anymore.
